Are all races going to have a version of each dropsuit and vehicle type?
Like is there going to be a Amarr HAV, LAV, Assault Dropsuit, and Scout Dropsuit. Same with Minmatar? Or are the Caldari going to make a Scout and Heavy Suit and are the Gallente going to make an Assault and Heavy suit? |

We already have 2 racial variants for each vehicle type, and will hopefully see at least one more of each.
On top of that, the Dropsuits currently only have one racial variant, I'm expecting at least 2 for the "core" suit types (the 4 currently available). I'm hoping for all 4, but that might be wishful thinking for release day. In time, yes, but probably not immediately. |

According to Cmdr_Wang, sometime in 2013.
Edit: Also stated that all races will be apart of the dropsuit/vehicle fiasco. So expect variants for each race. |

This probably won't happen. Each race has a favored weapon:
Amarr - lasers
Caldari - missiles
Gallente - drones
Minmater - autocannons/artillery |

The current ARs and the Laser Rifle fill basically the same role on the battlefield though.
Frontline mid- to long-range anti-infantry.
They operate differently, but they do the same primary job.
Expect an equivalent Minmatar Rifle with increased armour damage (just like Lasers and Shields) and hopefully duct taped mags. I'm also looking forward to something interesting from the Caldari. See Ops Fox's link for a possible example. |

Gallente heavy might look like a juggernaut from MW3 and gallente assault might look like a upgraded version of modern day armor with more green metal and Kevlar like material.
Caldari Logi look like a walking techno geek rather than a the engineering vacuum suit of the mimitar logi, however i cant even imagine a fatsuit caldari
