I've been trying to build up the sniper skills(Light Weapon) and so forth. but, is it my imagination with every skill upgrade it goes BACKWARDS? I've been using the hell out of the Tactical Sniper rifle and every time I do a upgrade in the skills it goes backwards. I use to be able to hit a head shot in 1 hit. Now, Maybe 2 or even 3 Body shots use to be 1-2 now it's 3-4 hits or NONE. I can unload(27 bullets) my weapon on a person and it'll just flash their armor. I could be sitting 50yrds away and NOTHING! Not even a scratch was detected.
Am I missing something here or am I F-d cause I updated the light weapon skills. |

I'm beginning to notice the assault rifle as well.
Here's a good example.
This person ran past me while I was ducked around the corner. Running to hack Long cannon C. I followed that person up behind him. Just as he started to hack long cannon C. I scoped in. Shot'em point blank range in the HEAD. It only took half his shields. I had to shoot'em again before he could return fire.

Well peep this.
Me and this other guy was sitting over on the other side of the map. Squatted down behind some mull hills. This guy was just standing there on top of the mountain side. I started shooting. Round after round after round after round. Nothing but a shield flash. This from a NT-511 Sniper rifle. The guy next to me shot once and put'em down. Using just a regular Sniper Rifle(Not Militia Sniper Rifle).  |

Here's another one for'ya.
MAP - 4 Long Cannons
Mountain side - Looking over Long Cannon B / Supply Depot
I seen these 3 snipers perched up top on the side of the mountain. I moved my way along the side for them no to see me. I worked myself up to the top on their left side. I tossed a Locus Grenade in the middle of them. Now remember they were ALL together in a huddle looking over the Supply Depot / Long Cannon B. When that grenade went off. ONLY the MIDDLE GUY was KILLED. Not a scratch to the other 2.

It's really annoying. And for some ppl that think it's cause of your cover. WRONG! Try squating in the middle of the field and get the same results. And to top that off, Do it only 50+- yrds away and get that same result. |

Been there done that. You just don't realize how much sh*t I've tried to shoot someone.
I've actually got this result from a guy that was running after me on top of a building, Only 10 feet away
It's costing me ISK. I've unloaded my whole magazine's on a person and they turn around and shoot me in one shot. HIGH END Sniper rifles aint cheap. Especially when you don't get much ISK at the end of the match cause you can't hit the other(pardon my french) a--holes.
Seems to me, I have to suffer cause they have sh*ty connection or the connection is sh*ty. You tell me.
Let's take this for example here.
Me and a guy named something like hell night. This guy was periodically hitting me. I'm returning fire. NOTHING. NOT A DAMN SCRATCH. So, for him not to blow me away. I'm moving across the map. Avoiding others and returning fire when I can. He hits me, I TRY and RETURN FIRE, NOTHING, NOT A SCRATCH!. So I'm down to 2 bars of the Armor and one more shot from him would of done me in. With my Last bullet of 31 rounds with the Kalakiota Tactical sniper rifle, I got'em. This whole time I was shooting him you can see his shield just flash. Only a few rounds didn't hit'em cause of the color. You would see brown. Meaning dirt dust or what ever they portray it as. Meaning I hit the ground in front of him.

Not to mention just the balance of the tides in general. Many of times I could have helped my team succeed in advancing forward. But NOOOOOO. Can't even hit'em or kill'em.

And it isn't only on snipers. Like the guy above this post said. It happens to all hand held weapons I've noticed. It's more clear on Sniper Rifles cause you can track the bullet. I've unloaded a whole clip(60 BULLETS) into some one "5 FEET AWAY "and they turned around and killed me in a few hits. IT'S COMPLETE BULLSH*T!!!... |

lol, I've done made a DUP of my drop suit and keep just a Tactical sniper rifle in it cause of this crap. I feel if I'm gonna get blown away faster then you can blow out a candle, why keep the best sh*t in your items...
It's truly frustrating and aggravating! Many of times I would of been on top of the score board at the end of the match. But, noooooo sorry can't do that. No you can't kill that a-hole or that one or that one you can maybe kill this one. Ooooops, sorry, you're only aloud one hit on that person. |

Sleepy Zan; I understand what you're saying but, that aint it. Try standing above 4 players on the ledge of one of them towers. Shoot ALL 4 PLAYERS and get blue flash. No damage, none, not a nick and then have them turn around and kill you faster then you can blink an eye. Complete frustration is all I can say.
Edit:
N/M Looks like I won't be seeing any upgrades today. Damn servers are acting up now.
Edit2: Holly bagebus.... SP 777.300 for LVL 5. Gonna take me 2 weeks to reach that one. When the SP gets down to the 2 digit income I'll be back Wednesday  |
