The only way us Aussies can play Skirmish, is to squad up with someone in the USA and have them queue up for us (so that we play on the US server, which has higher latency for us)

It is almost like there are only 2 active Asia battles going on, they are full, so everyone just keeps queueing forever. Would also explain why after queuing up for 15+ minutes, I always finally get into a game with only 30secs to go before it finishes.

This character gets into games no problems at all, but as they are on the AU nodes, there is usually 2 per side. Really useful. My other character I seem to have to restart the account after every match, and even then little joy getting into battles, with perpetual deployment screens, though when I do they are often US based Some sort of Dev response would be greatly appreciated. If we can't join battles (or they have nobody in them), we can't test!

Beld Errmon Tal-Romon Legion Amarr Empire 479	Posted - 2013.01.05 11:41:00 - [30] - Quote 3 months later this is still a problem and theres even less players in our region playing this game, we need to be able to directly queue on servers again, or turn off the AU servers and let us queue with asia if they have more players, if not turn both off and let us queue on the US servers. Just take a look at the stats from the HK game show servers if you don't believe that ppl from this region and vice versa can't deal fine with the lag, most of the ppl who queued on those servers were from the US and did fine if not dominated, it shows that whatever efforts you went to too improve the hit detection has worked wonders and no matter where you are in the world you can compete.
