 I guess this is relevant. If you scroll down they talk about a squadron command vehicle , which is big tank that can hold 6 people. , but need warpoints to call in. But its a really old article.

 Would it have any racial bonuses? Yes, but not just for turrets, it would be for the shield and armor aswell so for example Caldari HAV 5% bonus to shield resistance for each Adavanced HAV lvl and 5% bonus damage for kinetic missiles
 
 How many base shield/armor HP would it have? Shield i would say 5-7k and1500armor and reverse it for armor tank
 
 How many base PG/CPU would it have? Not sure but it would have to be increased
 
 Would it have driver bonuses? I would like to say yes but not sure what they should be tbh, maybe an increase in prop mods duration or even speed
 
 Would the pilot dropsuit effect the HAV in anyway? I think it should, maybe something like giving a better radar so you can see roads and buildings, possibly a small powergrid or CPU boost, it would depend on the mods available to the suit which would then interact with the HAV and help increase the HAV ability
 
 Squad links? Defo a squad lock so only members from that squad can get in, thus a gunner can jump out and hack something then nip back in without a blue dot nicking the seat
 
 Driver pts - Mostly will be the vehicle kill assists and for any mines that the gunners destroy and installations
 
 
 This is general discussion how would you build your 4man tank?
 7 k armor . yeah right my tank has 10,000 armor. might want to make it more like 14,000 a syara can get 11,000 armor. so yea. Lol as for the rest. it sounds good as long as it is not required and is a different tank. :)

 Okay, am i the only one who has created a "5" man tank, this game has mechanics that make it so if you jump ontop a tank it can drive around and you won't fall off as long as the vehicle isn't at a angle so just get yourself driving, 2 logi's as gunners and have 2 heavys with forge guns or miniguns crouching ontop

 7k being basic armor the tanks starts with, i never included mods

 4 man vehicles OR 6 man squads. Right now it makes no sense. 6 man squads would rock, imo. Two LAVs or two HAVs or one of each, or enough peeps to fill a dropship. 6 man squads is the more logical move.
