We go back and forth on stuff and ccp may have a hard time deciding what to do. So, let's agree on one thing for ccp to prioritize in changing. Everyone just simply put in what needs to change and try to do your own tally.
so, let's vote decide what needs to change (priority) by majority vote.
Is it the SP cap? ISK transfer cap? Movement speed? Strafe speed?
I'm going with the SP cap. That should be a priority change (+1 vote)

I'm going with the SP cap. That should be a priority change (+1 vote) i would say strafe speed/movement speed.
when i run in scout armor it feels like i am a refrigerator with legs. complete lack of ingenuity and making 1/4th the suits worthless. if you are going to streamline movement remove the scout suit completely while your at it, just so people aren't tricked into thinking it has any advantages. |

Out of the things you listed, none of those things seem to be too high of priority to me.
What I think needs to be changed is how missile launchers are a better infantry weapon than blasters, yet also a better AV weapon than railguns.
Not a big problem, but I think all of the problems being talked about aren't really as big as we're making them out to be in the long run of the game. |

True, its when its lag makes certain maps unplayable and drops your fps to 1 is when its a little bit much. |

Nerf HAV ridiculously OP turrets (especially range), restore some of their HP
In fact Nerf ridiculously OP turrets of everything (militia ML seriously ?), boost HP of every vehicle (and fixed turrets... come on they're like paper and have no chance against even a weak HAV)....
Take out ridiculous AV nade field...
Boost dropsuits HP when going tier up so they dont just give more FIT options. No need for a massive HP difference like before though.
LAG LAG LAG LAG (especially when playing on US servers for EU teams, corp battle are NON SENSE for us. Either set a minimum ping to level the playing field or just dont go offering worldwide corpbattle...)
Unplayable maps, please solve memory leak issues..
