Okay so we all now know this was not intended and, that CCP does not want us to spend the money that we have received. Okay this make me have one problem. That problem is I currently have over 240,000,000 Isk in my wallet, that I am not supposed to spend. it is hard to go to my skills and see that I have the money to buy the books that I need to make my ships and my tanks better than they are now. Then come out of my skills and not have spent any of that money. i am trying to be fair and not spend the money to put myself ahead of other players as far as gear and skills are concerned. Now like if I cant spend it I want it gone please can you take it away. Get rid of it, I don't want it any more. It kinda makes it hard to play the game. |

I am not trying to be sarcastic I am being serious. I am not one who enjoys cheating or using an exploit to get ahead of people. After I got the money i tested all aspects of it like donate, removal from corp wallet, and I bought some stuff from the market place with it. The only thing that I bought was like I had stated in another thread was drop ships so I could learn how to fly them. Not to get ahead. I blow up like four to five of them a match and I get less SP doing this than running around with my militia suit and far less Isk this way as well. The after I had made the purchases I learned that this was not intended and that we should not spend the money. |

If you don't want the ISK, pick the racial HAV line you are not training, and spend all the ISK on the Black Ops of that line. ISK gone. Sorta.
Or "donate" it to the corp wallet. |

Thats epic cuz. Ive heard stories of EVE players sitting on hundreds of billions of ISK. With that kinda coin its nothing to fork out millions to DUST mercs. I wonder how this is going to be handled. |

Simple, weekly isk transferr cap. In place by choncord to balance the price of items in both games.
Or just increase the prices in dust so a dropsuit costs 400,000 isk for standard, and up to 3 million for prototype. Then increase isk rewards so we don't feel the difference, but now transfeering isk between the two games isn't as crazy OP
Come on, monocles cost more than a carrier, I'm sure dropsuits that keep you alive forever *something pilots were trying to figure out* would be super expensive. Same for eve tanks and such. Please CCP give us balance between the 2 game economies. |

i warned them about this.. dust should not be on sisi.. you can get isk for free on sisi.. on tranquility the isk has far more value.. people would not fork it over quite as easy. |

For most people, which kinda makes it even worse on TQ... corps backed by major players or by their own eve vet accounts can fork up just as much isk each month as what you are seeing from sisi just because they can. trust me, there comes a time when you dont give a **** about some shiny ship to show off and just blow it on dumb **** like holdem, lotteries and now dust because the isk just piles up and you have seen/done it all. Isk is not as hard to come by or stockpile as 2005.. 3 month old guy can be making a bil+ a month easy if they know what to do. Hell I could even set you up with a route that a 10 day old paying account could run that would net you 100 mil an hour... but you don't get to know that :p |

The isk is completely unimportant as long as it doesn't dramatically negatively impact other people's enjoyment of the beta;
because there is going to be another reset before release so the "free isk" from singularity will not carry over into any advantage.
There are only two ways this could matter:
1. This player uses it to make his corp somehow far more attractive than others and this gives him some lead when release comes around. (A bit of a stretch and arguably not even a problem but still possible)
2. If this player decides to simply throw away super expensive fittings and vehicles because he can and this has a significant negative effect on other player's experience in which case they may be less likely to recommend the game or even continue playing.
Otherwise relax it's "free money" on a temporary account and it cannot be turned into "free money" on any real lasting account. |

For all intensive 'testing' purposes it has an immediate effect on economic balance and a long term effect on game play balance. By this time last build people were rolling in uber tanks and proto gear. I dont believe the character progression was ever meant to be that fast. By instantly making a player $100 million ISK richer you have taken away the descision to buy gear or grind for skill books. Now that player can afford both, thereby accelerating the progression curve. In a few weeks said player will be turning clones into cat food causing everybody to yell nerf. Nobody cares that it was a Duvolle that killed them. They just wanna complain about getting killed. |

It's amazing how many people are in this situation, and what about the ones who don't use the forums and recieved money, or the ones who spent it already, tbh, I don't see how ccp can control this. |

I have not got any money from an eve player. I think ccp should let the people use the money. I know people are using it already. 2 games today and over 100k isk in both. Both games joined half way so someone is using expensive gear.
Seriously ccp if you are going to take money away don't take mine. It was all made in Dust so don't you dare touch MY monies!!! |

Nullarbor said to leave said money in your Corp Wallet if that's where it was, and he also said that before he had the chance to talk to the Shanghai team, which has probably happened by now. Part of the reason we got put back together was to find loopholes like this, so they aren't going to banhammer you if you keep playing because the ISK is on your account. I mean, the only way to avoid spending it would be to stop playing, and that doesn't seem like what they want. When all this is worked out, they'll probably just do a database reset back to what it was before the testing opened up last weekend. |
