So my gunner (Gumyblue) just gained +10 WP when he shot at a Swarm missile with Accelerated Missiles from my Myron, he managed to destroy it it seems.
IF that's the case.. perhaps theres a reason for Blasters on Dropships after all.. |

Sweet, I was hoping they would do this. I'll start trying to defend nearby hav with ar if no infantry are in range. |

If that's true, we might be seeing a new use for blasters. I can't imagine anybody but dropships being able to take advantage of this, though.
Also, what'd it say when he got the WP? Like, usually you'll see "Kill + 50" or "Hack assist +25". Was this "Swarm kill +10" or what? |

At least you have to aim the bloody thing. Your shot being stopped mid-flight is the penalty for using a fire-and-forget weapon, sounds fair ta me. |

I was Squad Leader at the time, we weren't firing at any ground targets as I was fleeing from Swarms. I'm over the ground redzone when Gumy said he just hit a Swarm missile and got 10+ WP for it. followed by "wtf lolololol"
Maybe you're just not hitting them? |
