-on you XMB go to the far left and create a new user profile.
-once you've logged into that profile, create a new psn account
-once you get to the option to create a master account or sub account, pick sub account.
-it should then tell you to enter the master account details and so forth.
- and vuas-la, you have a new PSN account.

wont work because people can have multiple accounts and multiple toons. they will just rotate constantly to watever ccp set the balance to. and your right about the blocking, even worse this build where you can actually hitbox bump people into places they dont want to be. |

does it matter if the alt is leveled up if its used for greifing? and ps had quite a bad tk deterent. tank runs you over and if it was bugged bad enough it would lock you out when it was the other player greifing  |

sry i edited post. i dont see what the issue is, only the people who want to see this game fail are wanting ff on in hi sec. dont get me wrong i'm in favor of ff on everywhere but i don't see a good way to police it so it doesnt cost ccp money in revenue. anyway they have better things to do with their time. |

Tk is counteproductive unless being an annoying scrub is your purpose. Tk a player who isnt doing the right thing, or for not being a team player, is a waste of bullets....coaching such people is the better option....
Tk glitchers is the only exception
coaching people? disc usually let braindead noobs in tribes know not to put the flag back on the stand where it is very easy to grab and what they were doing was detremental to the team. if they did it again for the points just tk em. if they ask why then you coached them. no time for people who can't think for themselves tbh. just because a developer gives you points to do something doesnt mean you should. |

Understand ;) Although I understand where you are coming from, my second point was to view Tking as a lore in a contract-based game. Also, it's never as simple as who's the best at aiming and shooting unless you're talking about individual ranking. If you're more trouble than your worth, then you will find less and less friends in the universe. However, that being said, the ball is purely in CCPs court on this issue. This is different than other FPS console games with FF on simply because every time you die, you could lose (real) money. If people can simply lose this due to a player on his own team, with no significant repercussions for the teammate, then few people are going to be happy about the issue. It has the potential to become a bad business decision on behalf of CCP. Griefing is to much a part of the eve universe. I thought new eden was harsh? We need FF.
at the expense of all else, yeah turn on FF everywhere. goto IRC and beg there they seem to listen and change quite a lot without any real thought so you might get lucky.
