I'm just curious as to how long it took for you to come to the conclusion that CCP is cheating you & how much time you gave them to give you assistance...you know, seeing as how they have a tremendous amount of stuff to sort through. |

lol that is what they just said to me, like 5 mins ago CONGRATULATION CCP Instead of improving the game you focused your time on ripping people off SLOW CLAP Has anyone tried re-entering the code now that they've been asked to? It's possible that they've fixed/reactivated it from their end or that they're having you do troubleshooting so that they can assess the root cause of the problem. |

Yes that was the first thing i tried and it says the code has already been redeemed. I retyped it in the PSN area, is there a place in dust 514 to redeem codes? Nope, I guess you'll all get to see the difference in gameplay between using aur bonuses & not using them first hand. I'm sure CCP will get you taken care of. I've been playing EVE since '08 and even when they've pissed me off & annoyed me they've never let me down. After you get your packs on your accounts if you're planning on getting the militia bpo gear I'd send them another e-mail asking for isk reimbursement for all of the BPOs you had planned on using that you had to pay for fittings on instead. |

Feel free to do that, this is what we hear when you start whining about CCP taking your money.
First, they didn't take any of your money, they bundled with Sony & Sony gave the bundle to a retailer. The retailer took your money. Second, even if they DID take your money, the items you're asking for may have issues having been seeded into the game & you aren't posting about there being a bug or issue with the actual redemption. Third, your wasting your tears on a problem that in all likely hood WILL GET FIXED provided you go through the proper channels. Fourth, you still haven't given us a timeframe for how long it's been since you contacted them. They're very busy this week. Yours might not be the first fire that the guys who are there with free time have to put out, nor may it be the easiest fire for them to address. |

So...
- You're experiencing a bug/glitch
- You've decided the appropriate solution is to e-mail CCP then whine about it in the general discussions forum rather than report it in the bugs forum.
- You feel entitled to having priority customer support because their code w/ early access & items came bundled in a PS3.
- False advertising is a bit far-fetched. Clearly the code worked to get you into the game/forums. Everything else could be a legitimate mistake that needs time to fix.
If you cry about a problem in the General Discussion forum, generally we'll discuss what you should be doing other than whining/crying about the problem. |
