I bought the new SLIM PS3 with the DUST promotion card, and I got nothing. I could of got the 320 GB version with MADDEN 13 for 249.99 $, but I decided to get the Slim which was 250GB that had the DUST promotion, costed me 249.99$. I have not received one piece of in-game currency or any items. I feel cheated, and moreover, I feel like a fool for trusting CCP with my hard earned money |

What he said up here ^^^ Just contact them at the email address. It's obviously not right that you haven't gotten those things. I'm sure they'll take care of you, as long as you can stop behaving like a child and spend the 30 seconds it would take to contact them in a normal manner. |

The voucher card had small code on the back of it. I plugged it in, which allowed me to Download DUST, but no AUR or items

So... email support then. Sometimes codes are borked, they should be able to get it sorted out. Throwing a hissy fit on the forums isn't going to do anything for you. |

Same thing happen to me but if you read the card that comes with it it says "*start date and terms subject to change without notice. if full game is not yet released at time of purchase, entitlement will allow for beta access until commercial release"
I'm thinking we will get our items and AUR when the game releases. |

It's possible that they'll be launching another update & seeding everyone who used these new codes's stuff into the game once they're back from the event they're at. Also, how long ago did you e-mail them? I'm just curious as to how long it took for you to come to the conclusion that CCP is cheating you & how much time you gave them to give you assistance...you know, seeing as how they have a tremendous amount of stuff to sort through. |

When I saw that I didnt get my items I read that and figured in beta they would give access to the game and at launch they would provide the items. They have the "saga" in game right now but not the guristas saga. If I don't see my items at release I'll be e-mailing them too, but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt.
Keep us posted on any updated e-mails from them. |

Yes that was the first thing i tried and it says the code has already been redeemed. I retyped it in the PSN area, is there a place in dust 514 to redeem codes? |

Nope, I guess you'll all get to see the difference in gameplay between using aur bonuses & not using them first hand. I'm sure CCP will get you taken care of. I've been playing EVE since '08 and even when they've pissed me off & annoyed me they've never let me down. After you get your packs on your accounts if you're planning on getting the militia bpo gear I'd send them another e-mail asking for isk reimbursement for all of the BPOs you had planned on using that you had to pay for fittings on instead. |

Really Im lying, the people on these forums are unbelievable. Its my fault 100%, and 0% CCP's fault. I'm the one who paid real money, and got nothing in return. If CCP took some time to explain the situation I'd be more understanding ie Email However, the only response has been good old silence

Feel free to do that, this is what we hear when you start whining about CCP taking your money.
First, they didn't take any of your money, they bundled with Sony & Sony gave the bundle to a retailer. The retailer took your money. Second, even if they DID take your money, the items you're asking for may have issues having been seeded into the game & you aren't posting about there being a bug or issue with the actual redemption. Third, your wasting your tears on a problem that in all likely hood WILL GET FIXED provided you go through the proper channels. Fourth, you still haven't given us a timeframe for how long it's been since you contacted them. They're very busy this week. Yours might not be the first fire that the guys who are there with free time have to put out, nor may it be the easiest fire for them to address. |

LOL I think ripping people -off of there hard earned cash should be on the top of there list. I don't know how business goes in ICELAND, but I know in AMERICA when a costumer, me, pays for a product and receives nothing its called fraud and False ADVERTISEMENT
