Created for the Beta, but able to persist beyond, the StarCore Academy aims to teach both the new, and old, the tactics, techniques, and skills utilised in the games of DUST 514, and EVE Online, as well as the specifics utilised by the StarCore Mercenary Alliance.
With current discussions ranging from Individual Movement Drills, (IMDS), to Large-scale coordinated combats (multiple fireteams, Commanders, and definitive strategies for achieveing victory), we aim to help you become a part of our dynamic team.
Disclaimer: Due to the nature of the Beta, the tactics, weapon loadouts, are all subject to change.

Cerebral Wolf Jr wrote:I'm sorry, who are you and why do you need 2 corps? Should i care? You don't sound like anyone important.
And you are? Well, no need to answer I don't care. You sound like you WANT to be important, you come into a recruitment thread and post stupid belittling comments for what? your own sense of self-satisfaction?
If I said we're a NEW entity in New Eden, would it make a difference? If I said, we are all former Northern Coalition members would it make a difference? Neither of the above is factual, and where we came from is of little importance. What we're doing, and offering, is what is important.
THankyou for simply putting up your own over inflated ego in my Recruitment thread. All I am trying to do is create a corporation, and your comments are doing nothing but inflating your own ego.
Kindest Regards, The Black Jackal |

dent 308 wrote:Well, that escalated quickly. This thread should probably be moved or recreated in the recruitment forum. I am curious about the two corps though. Won't that just fragment or overcomplicate your community?
The two Corps are there for a purpose. It allows multiple ranks and roles that don't overlap in the Corporations. ie. DUST mercs don't require the ability to manage POS fuel, (though it may later be for 'base' fuel or some such?)
The idea is to fragment the community based on the field of influence. To better manage roles, but allow intra-alliance response. |

Including, but not limited to,
Riflemen Heavy Gunners Anti-Vehicle Specialists Scout / Snipers MedTech (Logistics) Light Attack Vehicle Drivers Dropship Pilots Heavy Attack Vehicle Commanders
With our Free-Form Squad Building systems, we are always looking for people to lead specialist and generalist Squads, and lead Sections (2 Squads) to victory in battle.
As the numbers of peoplw grow per battle, Platoon Commanders (4 Squads), Battalion Commanders (2 Platoons), and more Commanding Officers will be required.
Leaders, however, must be willing to undergo training, and bring innovation and a measure of enthusiasm for tactical operations to their position.

- Annual Meeting for Awards, photo opportunities, and the chance to make life-long friends who share a common interest.
The first Annual Meeting is already planned for around the time of EVE Fanfest, and the hope is in the future, we may be able to travel to Iceland and represent our amazing corporation in person to the EVE Community at large. If this is what you're looking for in a gaming group, look no further! We require only that you have a mature attitude, a microphone for communication, and are active often enough to particpate in corp events and contracts. Still recruiting across all roles, corps, and divisions.
We accept casual players also into our 'Reservist' Forces. Reap the benefits of being a part of the Academy, without as much of the Military Protocols.
Note: Military Protocols will still apply for reservists if you are brought along to Corporation Events such as Corporation Warfare and District Warfare. |
