The partial reset wiped all SP and reset levels back to zero except Electronics, which was reset to Level 3. It took away all items I purchased in the Mercenary Packs ( bought several to get the AUR as well (Killswitch). What was received?...200k AUR. I don't give a @&$# about the AUR. I spent weeks upgrading levels and developing capability...it's all gone...what I would like is a refund of the REAL money I spent for the Mercenary Packs...I'm really pissed off...and would like a refund...I would like an effin REFUND!!! Don't see this any different than theft...when I buy something, I expect to keep it or the benefits it offered. I wasn't half way through the 30 day skill booster pack. you need to add a "I'm pissed off" face - I'd have a few lines worth here.

This is a beta, we were all told that there will be resets along the way 2. They suck, but we were told in advance 3. No refunds, unless you had items FROM the merc pack go missing in the reset 4. This is Beta!

LOL, I still don't know what the difference was between the partial reset and the resets we've had before. Some were talking about the total erasures we had when the veteran tags were involved ... I should point out that was called a character wipe. Character resets are what we have had since where character and merc pack / AUR are all that remain. Can't believe someone dragged this back up from 3 weeks ago, it was a semantics thread at best !
