I think it's much harder to simulate the weapon recoil in this view too. I'd feel like I'm fighting the camera view rather than mastering the weapon.
95% of FPS's have the weapon in view whilst aiming down the sights. Why do you think that is?

Recon the smg should just have iron sights like the shot gun not as if you can use it at any range greater than spitting distance,
on the whole most sights need to be redone |

But also notice that the AR with reflex scope is a completely different model to what's in game right now, it looks like caldari to me, but correct me if im wrong anyone. When we go full launch each weapon class will be available for all races, so we will see that nice scope at some point.
Not got a clue about each races stuff tbh except minmatar stuff |
