im unsure as to cloaking or radar cloaking augs but as is souts are to easy to spot, been a sniper isnt easy when some one with a bigger gun can see you so easily and just put a few bullets in your face.

No matter how stealthier you are you can still be spotted too easily, other dropsuits than scouts need a scout detection range reduce, but cloaking modules are still a badass idea for this game, and not OP if the sensor dropsuit modules come out at the same time to counter cloaking dropsuit modules. I wanna go in and Solid Snake kill bitches without teamates noticing unless their well equipped enough to detect me.

Skill up- both game-wise and real skill-wise. If you skill up game-wise, you'll be less likely to show up on enemy radars, so people that aren't looking for you will be less likely to notice you. If you skill up real skill-wise, people won't see you when they ARE looking for you.

If you're getting seen and shot by someone with anything but another sniper rifle, you're doing it wrong. As the other guy said, be stealthier.

you guys are wrong, sorry but op is right. i dropped into a skirmish match tonight and some guys were able to get on a building with a drop ship. as i am chatting with them, a red arrow appears on my screen on the hill way way way behind them. i let them know and they turn around and commence the beat down of the would be flanker. now from my point of view it was nice to see the guys little chevron because i would have never seen him otherwise and then he may have been able to get into position behind my team mates and upset the balance of the game. but on the other hand, i would have never seen him without the chevron appearing over his head and probably shouldn't have. i don't want the detection range to be nerfed like 3 or so builds ago (that was ridiculous) but it still needs some fine tuning. good job for the most part ccp, but it still needs some tweaking.

With the skill dropsuit command @ lvl 5 you almost need to have your crosshairs on a scout for a chevron to appear above them and it doesnt stay for long if they move
