When this build started there was heaps of fused nades getting thrown around and once they ran out i forgot all about them, till one guy who is my equal in gun fights, started throwing them in my face and I was like wtf is this oh these are those thukker grenades ppl were talking about.
So i gave them a try last night and wow anyone i couldn't kill quickly with my AR I could just throw one of these in their face and laugh IWIN! with the isk version coming out these will become very common and people are going to be very wary of getting within close range of each other.
I felt very cheap using these I haven't felt so cheap since I could drop REs at ppls feet whenever I was losing a gun fight, this topic won't be the last, once people start throwing these around wholesale threads like these are going to be 10 pages long. |

Just like think about it. Seriously. suit nerf is a good idea. It helps to avoid replacing skill by skillpoints. Blow on impact nades is a very different deal. Last build when these grenades(exact ones) were around no one complained they were op because we all had suits that could handle it.

Ok so dicks wanted the suit changed before seeing the whole game. CCP changed suits. All of a sudden...cavity thukkers is op...cause and effect.
Obviously if 1 aspect has been changed another will start rearing its ugly head.
Why don't we get rid of grenades completely? If we are going to have grenades that don't kill shouldn't we be calling them flashbangs or stun grenades. **** me it is a grenade after all.
A descent matchmaking system that seperates the scrubs from the skilled would solve the majority of these god damn op threads no? |

ok now let me slow it down for u
1st off do u even think seperating the community is a good idea? this game prob wont have a huge playerbase to allow seperation based on what gear ppl using
2ndly i was using standard suits last build same as this build and still didnt see them poppin up it had nothing to do with the suit nerf its just REs and camping on towers were the scrub tactics back in those builds, ppl find new scrub tactics to abuse every build....these nades are the new flavour of the month.
The suit nerf is good all round so CCP doesnt have to worry about seperating the playerbase that will no doubt be a small one. It also provides competition and overall better for matchmaking.
what if i got a new corp mate and im runnin proto and hes in miliita or standard or advanced? either he gets thrown to the wolves and fight in a server of demi gods or we just cant play together because im forced to scale back my fits?
contact nades in general are cheap, they give u no time to react why are these even in the game is behond me |

If I recruit a new clan member now he already has to play against the clans I play against. He doesn't get a free pass for being a noob. That's why you will have a entry level clan and your full force fighting clan. You never take noobs to the games that count. Otherwise you belong to a joke clan.
What is with this null second that I keep hearing about? Isn't that where the hardcore will be? Away from noobs(carebears). Correct me if I'm wrong I'm not an eve player at all. For me that is seperating your playerbase. Everything that has been bitched about for nerf this build has something to do with the suit nerf which you people asked for.
Keep asking and keep ruining it. Playerbase is going to be 0 the more this game goes in to the direction of cod or medal of honor.
I really don't think most here have even seen another PS3 shooter. They all smash this game for speed,skill and graphics(even crysis ii). The only things that were going to seperate it from those games are slowly getting taken away.
Maybe CCP should have called it semtex and then the QQ babies would have nothing to ***** about? |
