I think the demographics are going to change dramatically once we're past release.
Right now, to be part of the beta you need to:
A) have been here since the early stages of the beta.
B) got in via the PSN Home trial-of-terror.
C) be a paying customer of the Eve or Mercenary Pack kind.

All of these select for non-childish players (and look how immature these boards are anyways). After release the F2P-model will in turn select for a less mature community.

That's me and as I said it ain't likely to happen, but she's not your average 13 yr old. A parents sole task is to provide guidance and attempt to mold a better person than they are. To that end do you think I'ld rather have a CoD kid or a Dust kid? If it happens would they ever end up in null, getting fat Eve contracts...not bloody likely.

But let's say Dust has 1/2 the lifetime that Eve has, if you don't think think that a pack of 18yr olds with just as much experience in Dust as you would be a force to be reckoned with maybe you're too short sighted for this game. I hope you have someone at home that encourages and supports you instead of saying "I dunno if that's a great idea". Don't make assumption on my household or the kind of friends my daughter has cause none of them list their age with a .5.

Np and no offense taken, just opinioning back at ya. The only kids that should be legally allowed to include a .5 in their age are those that lost 1/2 a finger in some kind of horrific machinery accident...in that case I'ld let it slide.

30 over here. Actually, I got off work early today at 2 so I turned Dust on when I got home. I noticed teamwork was for shite until like 6:30 pm, I'm assuming it was because it was mostly school-aged kids and the demographics suddenly changed when the older folks got home from work.

17 Years of age here. Keeping up with the Heavy class Burst Heavy Machine gun and have been playing MMOs, FPS games, and a few mech games here and there since the age of 10.

Been playing FPS since BF2MC and from there on out, I've primarily been a guy of FPS but also liked the Armored Core series as well with all the numbers in there so its easy to cope with this game.

I was hoping to see a 84 or something pop up. I am 35, I remember pretty much the whole cycle of video games.
