Is the community systematically trying to get everything to just be Assault Rifles
Ive seen Tank Nerfs, Dropship Nerfs, callings for a Shotgun and Sniper Rifle Nerf, Forge Gun Nerfs, Remote Explosives Nerfs, and I saw a Terrain Nerf thread today.
What the **** are you trying to do? If you want everyone to run around with an AR please go play another damn game. Get the hell out of this one, let this one be different for people who are tired of playing COD, BF3, and any other bunny hopping, buddy butt fuc king, spray and pray, ****** ass game. For the love of god everyone does not want to play that ****. It's boring and the same thing we've been playing for years. I want something different, something I have to think about, strategize with a team, play as a team, I don't want to see everyone running around with the same damn weapon. I want to see tanks, and bombers, and ships, and fighter jets, snipers, mortar teams, artillery, all that ****. I want to feel like Im in a battle, not like Im on a damn paintball field. I can go play paintball anytime if I want to. When I play a game I want something else.
I know everyone thinks they are God's Gift to FPS. I know everyone thinks they are the best player in the whole world, and that sniper can't possible be better than you. That tank driver can't possibly be better than you cause you use a fuc king AR. I know you think you're King **** because you use an AR, but you aren't, the tank driver and sniper just might happen to be smarter, or just want to play something different, or dare I say it better than you. I know it's hard for gamers to admit they aren't the best player at that particular game, but if you keep dieing to something, maybe it isn't OP, maybe you just suck. I know I know, how can I say that, we're all top 10 material, that's why there are 1000 entries on the leaderboards, I know none of us can possibly be worse than someone else.
So my question, once everyone is running with just assault rifles, what are you gonna nerf next? Suits? Or perhaps we'll start nerfing individual playstations, maybe the top 100 players should have a 3 second delay in there commands, make them less OP? Or perhaps we should make all their inputs backwards? Yes Yes that sounds good. |

Yes Maybe the AR guy is better than the tank driver, maybe, however most battles are won by brains kid. And you have a serious intelligence deficiency if you are shooting a tank with an AR, which I have seen way too much of. I can use an AR fairly well. I just need to train some AR skills to catchup, however, I prefer driving my tank. Should my playing experience be lessened because I choose not to run around with an AR? Is an Assault guys time or effort worth more than mine? Is it wrong to not want to be a bunny hopping ******? I think not.
Oh and I forgot Grenade and SMG Nerfs, Ive seen those as well.
Which also brings me to think that the people calling for the tank nerf, were the same retards shooting my tank with an AR? I mean did you really expect that to work? Ill gladly pay for you some M16 rounds, we'll drive to a military base, and Ill let you shoot 1000 rounds at a real tank, and we'll see how much damage you do it. Im betting the bullet will ricochet back and kill you before that tank blows up, actually I know that'll happen first, and that isn't likely to happen either.
Oh and you do realize that with suits there should be a give and take. Scouts should do more damage because they have less HP than the other 3 suits....and work your way up from there. On the reverse of that, if you're breaking the role of your suit you should get murdered. IE a scout suit with an AR in CQC. The scout should get murdered, however, if he keeps his distance and takes the time to snipe you, then yes you should be dead. |
