Not sure if anyone else has had this problem , I am sure it has happened. This might be game design, but I purchased a nice dropsuit figured since none of the others ever went poof on death neither would it. Well that is what I get for thinking, Moment I logged in hopped in a ride I died and lost the suit. I asked if it could be replaced or the 5 aur replaced and got told that AUR was non refundable. I understand it's beta and that stuff happens it's no biggie. I just want to know if we are supposed to lose dropsuits on death or not. It's not hard for a GM to say look man it sucks you died and lost a suit but it's game mechanics. I've played EVE off and on for over 3 years I'm use to losing ISK and ships. |

Yeah, one of the main fetures of both EVE and Dust is that death matters. Every time you die, you lose your suit and fitting, so it's best to buy multiple copies of fits you like to use.
Militia stuff is unlimited though (except dropships and tanks) - kinda like the rookie ships of Dust - so buy a single copy of everything and experiment until you find something you like. |

Thanks mate. I've noticed now that any dropsuit that is purchased is used up on death. I highly doubt I'll spend that kind of AUR on suits LOL. At least someone could confirm that it was not a glich that the others were not being used up on death, and that the ones you buy are used up just any other piece of equipment you add to it. |

Yup, when entering a battle make sure you have enough dropsuit fittings in stock for your play style and at least one configuration with the free stuff so even in the case when running out of your purchased dropsuits you'll have something to go on rather than nothing. |
