They need to split the main turret from the driver and require a separate operator, that way tanks will NEED teamwork just like everyone else. Oh, and that acceleration nerf. Then they can think about upping the strength of tanks again, but not until then. So long as tanks remain solo beasts, the should be glass cannons. |

It's the best idea I've ever heard regarding tanks. It would require tank drivers to actually, you know, communicate and use teamwork, just like dropships and LAVs and AV guys. You're right though, if you only use tanks to pad your stats because they're EZmode, then yes, this wouldn't be such a good change |

Welcome to the world of dropships friend. Bad communication is no excuse, either organize, or don't call in your armor, simple as that. If there aren't a couple guys on comms to be my gunners, I will NOT call in my dropship, PERIOD. |

do jets in BF3 require 2 ppl?
the attack chopper in BF3 has both pilot and gunner having guns, the transport chopper in BF3 is the Dropship...aka meant to transport troops and have 2 side guns different vehicle roles

Because we're suggesting that tanks take skill, coordination, and teamwork to operate, instead of lol30/0bymyselfwhileIscratchmanads
