OK, I looked at the DUST 514 online user's manual and it didn't help. I don't know if this is the right place to ask so please forgive me... I have quite a few skill books for skills I have already purchased, my question is, how in the hell do I use skill books for already acquired skills? Am I up poops creek and out of the money spent on these or am I just doing something wrong? Please help!!! |

Go and press X on the skill book. It will say use skill book. If you already used it then it should say upgrade skill. |

Did you buy multiples for one skill? You only need the one, and then it's SP from then on, you don't need a book per level of the skill. In the future, you'll be able to sell back accidental purchases like that, but you're stuck with it for now. A stat/asset reset will be accompanying the next build, which should be coming some time later this month, so no real harm done for the time being as we'll all be starting fresh soon anyway. :) |

I think what he did was buy skill books that prerequisites in other skills. Thats why he can't use his skills. |

your up poop creek. Once you use one skill book for a particular skill you dont need anymore. Just be grateful that there is going to be a live market when the game goes live. Then you will be able to sell it to make back soem of the money you lost (or possibly a profit). Also there is going to be another character reset this month and another when the game goes live |

No, I purchased extra thinking it would raise the skill level without using the sp. Thanks for the help guys! |

Got a link? So we do keep some things from the beta? They give you Aurum back or what? And what's up w/ that Mercenary pack... you keep that stuff? |
