So, there is an event called "come shoot devs"......
The problem is that we can't shoot devs cause we are EU, in France, 2h GMT is the night !
So is it an US event?? |

But somewhere in the world it is still office hours.
That is probably the reason for the time instead of CCP favoring a timezone. |

I think this works out to about 10:00 (morning) Shanghai local time. A fairly reasonably time for them to be in the shop, and still somewhat civilized time for basement dwelling neckbeards in north america.
Would be about 2:00 (morning) for the Reykjavik office. |

Good game DEVS! Ambush 60-0. I got CmdrWang early with a clip from my assault rifle, but he had his revenge by the end of the match with a well placed sniper bullet. Come to think of it most of the devs were sniping, and we were rolling around with 3 gunnlogi on the map!!! |

Here's exactly what happened to day:
Woke up, read forums, found out it was at 10PM EST - an hour before I get off work.
Spent all day at work trying to get off early to try this out, two people called in sick so no dice.

Sit staring at Battle Finder under Corporation matches at 11:55 PM
Glance over to Merc tab and - as if to mock me - the match is full because I wasn't conveniently looking at the right tab.
I swear to god this is my horrible luck - this is as bad as the time I got a box of twinkies during Zombieland and none of them had ******* cream - just sponges. |

if you were able to get into the battle today.. great. But how about the next round of battles, you don't try and get in, and let some people who didn't have a chance have some fun with CCP. I know I can't force you, but let's let some others have their day with CCP too
