Here's today's weekly update on issues/suggestions the dev team discussed.
[SUGGESTION/REQUEST] PvE game mode: Salvage Update: We like the idea. There is design in place for this PVE game mode which is very similar to this specific player request. Possible candidate for one of the future game expansions.
[REQUEST] Observer mode Update: This feature is on our roadmap.
[REQUEST] Target painting Update: We like the idea and something similar will be coming in the future.
[SUGGESTION] Idea for preventing red zone abuse Update: Game design team will discuss overall ideas around this issue.
[REQUEST] Strategizing possibilities in Warbarge Update: Another great idea for future updates. |

Here's today's weekly update on issues/suggestions the dev team discussed.
[REQUEST] Reintroducing "one and only" game mode Update: Dev team agrees with players and this map will be coming back in the near future.
[REQUEST] Certificate System, Teaching players to play better Update: We are definitely planning on improving skill progression and motivation behind character progression.
[SUGGESTION] Revival System Improvement Update: Dev team likes these ideas and will implement some changes to the call for help system in the upcoming content patch as well.
[FEEDBACK/REQUEST] Removing "spawn traps" and adding more spawn points Update: All spawn points are being reworked. This change will be coming soonGäó.
[REQUEST] Improving contact list and contact interaction Update: Good ideas, we will consider adding some of those.
[FEEDBACK] 101 Bullets Chromosome Edition Update: We will take a look at the list and add some of those things to the backlog. |

Here's this week's update on issues and suggestions that the dev team discussed.
[FEEDBACK] New spawn mechanics and new spawn locations Update: We are working on improving the spawn system and spawn points further.
[REQUEST] Adding invert option to X axis Update: Possibly implemented some time in the future.
[REQUEST] Logout option Update: This is being worked on, will be introduced in future updates.
[FEEDBACK] Damage mod stacking and tank railguns Update: We are actively working on balancing and number tweaking GÇô there are known bugs regarding damage mods stacking and numbers displayed on the fitting screen. Tank vs Tank combad is being looked at and worked on for the next update.
[REQUEST] Add to Squad from chat menu Update: We like the idea and will consider for the future updates.
[FEEDBACK] Mass Driver horizontal damage frame Update: The splash is spherical right now, but this will be tested further and fixed if needed.

[FEEDBACK] Tank Petition - https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=93873 Update: Players were informed on forums that the devs will be doing a pass on vehicles as a whole at a later date. Players also requested that we do not fix a bug with armor rep stacking because that will help tanksGÇÖ suitability. We will be delaying that fix for now, until we do a pass on overall vehicle balance.
[FEEDBACK] Logistics Dropsuit Changes in Uprising 1.3 - https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=95412&find=unread Update: Dropsuit changes were meant to stop misuse of the dropsuit role. They are still effective dropsuits in combat and great for what they are designed to be. We really like the feedback that we received on the dev blog so far.
[FEEDBACK] LAV Changes on 7/18 - https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=95372&p=2 Update: There will more vehicle changes coming for LAVs this will include a new physics model that should reduce the effect of "murder taxis".
[FEEDBACK] Forge gun vs. Infantry - https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=93259&find=unread Update: We feel that the FG is in a good place and there is no need to make changes to this weapon right now. However, we are constantly monitoring performance of each weapon and its variants on TQ and will react in case we see unusual performance spikes showing up that we are not comfortable with.
[REQUEST] Vehicle "locks" - https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=93259&find=unread Status: We want to have a feature where the vehicle is tied to its owner and will be locked to other players. Players should be able to decide to then unlock their vehicle access to either their squad or their team.
[REQUEST] Infantry heat sink module - https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=94111&find=unread Update: There are no plans to implement this currently. This will require some balancing test before we will consider it, but keep the constructive feedback like this coming!
[REQUEST] Name change option - https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=93655&find=unread Update: We may consider this, however, we donGÇÖt want this to become a GÇ£witness protectionGÇ¥ program. This can potentially less the amount of consequences of a playerGÇÖs action and promote scamming.

We do understand that shields may need a downside in some shape or form, and this may be one of those things. We will be careful with the implementation of those. |
