i need to know this for certain but are my skill points being carried over to the full game release or is all my effort and time being wasted by playing this beta and mastering my skills until it comes out? i hope ccp realizes how my effort some people are putting into this just to be -¦ready-¦ for when the full game is released so we can atleast have a bit of advantage, it`s the least they can do for us hardcare beta users putting up with the aneurism casuing lag and bugs. regardless i still love the game and just think some sort of reward would be fair for when it`s finally released. |

You keep nothing except the special dropsuits some people have been rewarded with, I.E the Skinweave stuff or the stuff from the Merc pack.
NO SP or ISK will be carried over.
A simple search of the forums would have answered the question for both of you. |

This is a Beta, you're here to test.
SP, ISK, and Items will NOT carry through to the release, though any AUR you purchase will be refunded once the game goes live. |

What they said ^^ You can't release a game with thousands of advanced characters in it and expect new comers to try to compete, just be grateful you're being given the opportunity to get a feel for the mechanics and equipment before release.
Edited : Though a unique militia suit of some kind would be nice for ALL beta testers, I've got the scout suit from mercs pack and the skinweave, but some have nothing special. Guess there's still plenty of the like to come so maybe it's your own fault if you don't get something before release. |

The beta is for testing the game not for getting an advantage.
Do people really think stuff will carry over? Really? |

They'll give us something for sure, but it won't be your SP or ISK and it won't be something that gives you an advantage. |

CCP did it with the release of EvE there was a last wipe and as a thank you to the testers they got to keep them skill points so were actually ahead on the official release day.
I can see why people are asking. |

And just a note, you're not wasting your time by playing, even if all you want to do is begin the release version at an advantage. Think of how clueless you may have been in regards to the game when you first loaded it up, and not knowing what weapons you liked to use or what skill path you wanted to take. You'll be able to jump into release and go straight for what you want without having to fiddle around with all the various items and possibly wasting skill points in places you ended up not using. |
