ive come to the conclusion that all the people in STB are a bunch of pansy that can only use tanks to kill. All they do is spawn tanks in! so congrats guys for making the game freaking unbearable to play!

I've only ever fought them while they were on foot, and they win by coordination. Cry more.

Yeah lol, we have 2 tank drivers Ted and Lurch they are both very good so every one thinks that STB is a tank corp but most of our guys use ARs or SMGs.

kengfa didnt just leave STB and the EV corp..he ran..he knew that he was gonna get booted for not being good anyway so he made it easy on us. Thanks Kengfa

I dont have a problem with STB but these threads are just stupid now. The only reason they get so much attention is cause they all have STB in front of there name. Dont get me wrong they do got some good players but i've gone up against better players in this beta so far.

And people are bitching because you're good at what you do. I can't wait till the Planetside 2 NDA comes off completely so we can start putting up videos of all the other outfits raging out at how they can't beat The Enclave.

That's the Creative Director for Planetside 2 filming our platoon of 48 holding off several hundred NC as they come at us with tanks, aircraft, and infantry airdrops. I love playing on the same team as STB because they remind me of us.

One day the STB tag in character names is going to be the biggest joke in DUST / EVE.

It shows a pretty naive approach towards the kind of social interaction that goes on inside corps and alliances in serious internet spaceship games like EVE. There are fatal flaws with this that will lead to recruitment issues and internal conflict through them/us group sentiment.

In a couple years they'll just be some small random corp of guys who joined in beta.

Then train up swarm launcher and take them out?

I wasn't in a tank when I running headshot Omnipotens Zitro the other night, and for the record, I'm EV/PANDEMIC.

The Zitro brothers (never ever annoy them off if they are on the enemy side together) are in Betamax. Different corp entirely. Which I'm in :P
Also I heard from several people on IRC that STB runs with their tails between their legs when betamax join a game. Rightly so since we consist of several current top players (Nova, jenza, Noc, rucdoc, Grideris, the Zitro's etc).
But hey we'll see the results on the battlefield >:)

A team of decked out tanks and people who play this game religiously versus randoms in a broken beta. That's pretty much all I've noticed when I see STB, just gotta deal with it or leave. Myself I play too casually to have a bunch of AV gear leveled up enough to take down a STB tank, I've tried a few times and it takes a ridiculous amount and they'll easily get away because of how much damage tanks can take. I know, I had one in the last build, it was stupid, I could have a couple of people with proto SL focused on me and still get away easy... 2+ tanks like that vs randoms early in a build? Man, talk about free kills!

It does suck being stuck against them with a bunch of randoms though, out matched in terms of equipment and they're used to it, probably know the maps MUCH better, have a coordinated team.. makes all the difference really. It does make the beta blow once in awhile when you get stuck in a super stacked match after trying to jump into a match and dealing with errors for half an hour lol. I would probably find it more enjoyable if I had the SP to compete, or at least a couple of good players to fight back with.

I personally don't care though, this build still doesn't hold my attention much.. not enough to bother grinding into it so that I can roll over people EZ mode like.

I can see how it would ruin the experience for others but it's not like it hasn't been done in the other betas, people no life it, get a bunch of SP, have a giant advantage over their low SP opponents.. it's just now people can group, so it's even worse lol. That sucks for those that try to play.

Can't wait for release :) Will see more clans, and hopefully much better matchmaking. Still very imbalanced.

The STB circle jerk in this thread is strong. Don't get sore over that statement, just an observation lol. Friends with a few of your members, don't mind you guys at all, just annoying to run into when you hardly play.
