That being said, there are only a few of us that skilled tanks. If you want to kill us, level up the appropriate gear. Militia gear don't really do the trick. It's as simple as that. We leveled up into tanks. Real tanks, not militia tanks. So, it only makes sense that it takes other than militia gear to kill em. Don't come out solo with a militia swarm launcher then cry that you couldn't kill the tank. Full volley of 4 proto swarms will do about 1/4 damage to Teds shields. Also with complex DM on the fit.... Then he runs.
Use swarms against armor tanks and use forge guns against shield tanks, you'll see better results. |

Yeah lol, we have 2 tank drivers Ted and Lurch they are both very good so every one thinks that STB is a tank corp but most of our guys use ARs or SMGs. |

People need to look at the author of these threads, the only STB related thread started by an STB member is our Recruitment thread made way back at the beginning of June before the E3 build. It was the first recruitment thread in this forum and it was blasted by the very same people who now have their own recruitment threads  .
As far as people comparing us to betamax, we don't have the same goals as they do. Sorry if I'm wrong but from the looks of things they are assembling elite players from the beta. STB on the other had is a MAG based clan with over 200+ members eager to make the transition to dust. We have varying skill levels ranging from elite to above average players. People seem to always bring up tanks, our 2 tanks specialists are Tednuget and Lurchasaurus. I have alot of respect for betamax and their players, I would love to get into the arena battles with the Zitro brothers against me and GoD-Nova on even terms, that would be an epic match. |

LOL, not one of you posting here about STB being tank whores has the skills to put of 50 kills on foot, STB has several members capable of that feat. Hell last build I put up 51-0 with protoswarm, protoSMG combo on an assault suit so quit this talk about tanks. We have a few guys who use tanks but only 2 dedicated tank drivers. Almost every game you play someone brings out a tank and most of those people aren't STB so quit this stupid nonsense. |

That's weird, when I call people out I back it up with superior skill. It appears however that you called us out and you're no where to be found in the top 1000 in KDR. which is really strange since the lowest spot is 2.54 and hell there are so many things to get easy kills. Seriously in this game even an average player should be able to maintain a 2.5 KDR, considering so many people can in tanks and you could be a gunner, you could snipe, you could abuse the scout suit, use a shotgun, use thunkker nades. Hell the fact that we have self repairing shields and can put on armor repairers on not to mention the ARs have almost no recoil and do a ton of DPS and so do SMGs.

People don`t do that because they aren`t ass holes. I tried a tank for a while,. realized it was OP, stopped. I tried scout suit, stopped because it was OP. (which it isn`t anymore) Anyways, who cares about KD? Warpoints is where it's at. And even then, you have to remove anyone that mostly uses a tank, and anyone that bitches about K/Ds.
Well also time is a factor, someone who has played 100 hours will have more Warpoints than some one who has played 10 hours, but the 10 hour guy could average 1500 warpoints a game but the 100 hour guy may average 500 per game. Until we get more stat classifications NONE of the stats we have mean anything. We need separate per game stats, vehicle only stats, and gun only stats.
I called out the guy in my previous post to make a point not because the stats actually matter. |
