You mean have it display what the Optimal and Falloff ranges are in the information for the weapon? Seconded! |

Would love a range finder in the scoped view too. Sometimes it seems I should be able to hit a guy but have to shoot and expose my position to find out. |

Yeah, there should be a rangefinder in the scope and weapons should have some sort of range attribute whether it's optimal and falloff or something else. |

It is funny, I was just talking with some of my corp mates about his. I would like to begin to judge what certain ranges look like to me when in battle, so BOTH the range finder (which I think it kind of does, at least I noticed it with the sniper rifles I would get at times target type and range) and the information of what the potential range of my weapon is and what the possible max range is. I know in EVE with ship based weapons they do do fall off and optimal ranges, I would just like the initial range of the weapon and a max range. From their I would be able to see what kind of adjustments my "sharpshooter" skill is making for me and whether or not I should continue skilling that up.

This would be nice. I'd also like some explanation from a Dev how the range on a weapon actually works. Do the bullets disappear after some time. Does their damage drop to 0 at some point, do they veer off course? |

Huge +1 to this. Effective range is a huge faction when considering weapons. |

YES! especially for the repair thingies. Right now, I didn't know it, but I have to practically land on a vehicle with my dropship to boost the shields. |
