This build is specifically being used to test the Instant Battle system, hence the not-so-subtle "use Instant Battle" note when you open the Battle Finder. They've left it there for the people who REALLY don't want to use it, and possibly on the off chance that the Instant Battle system was irreparably bugged (and had to be abandoned).

The negatives of the mode should be (and already have been) pointed out in the feedback forum, and as with many other problems with the game, they'll be addressed in due course.
