Its not fluid at all.Dont get me wrong i have excellent aim and movement and everything but it could be alot more fluid. The gameplay is just a bit uncomfortable. |

CCP, we demand beverages and comfy cushions in the next release to rectify this! |

I agree, turning is slow, driving is awkward, walking is slow and when I duck and I seem to be covered I still get shot. The map is pretty confusing and the UI does not even let you know who your squad mates are. |

RE: squad mates It's a very subtle difference in shade (light greenish-blue) but it is there, it could be improved upon.
Also, OP is correct, but CCP will definitely keep working to make it better.
Although if a dev of Dust 514 with a Steam account wants to contact me, I will be glad to gift you a copy of Section 8: Prejudice and perhaps its balance and smoothness will inspire you. Although I liked the first S8's shield-piercing mechanic better (the sequel went with different ammo types). |

Yes, this must highly improve. There are times in this game where I die and I feel like it's the games fault, not mine. I feel absolutely disconnected with the gameplay. From the rigor mortis stiff animations to trying to go up a pixel thats just a tad too high, causing you to jump 15 times to get unstuck.
The game shouldn't feel like I'm telling someone to do an action for me, it should be an extension of my thumbs (or hands). Dead zones are bad and aim acceleration is another thing in itself. Of course this SHOULD improve later on, but a confirmation from the devs would be nice. |

They have ex dice people working on this game mostly the ones that ea recently gutted the stuido out with.
Shields vs armor is an new eden thing, not clear yet because of lack of symetry. |

AGREED.
Mouse and keyboard support helped me a bit but even then the movement and characters models are not fluid enough.
Speed up turning just a bit maybe 5% faster? /shrug
Also there seems to be a speed difference between the PS3 controller and keyboard/mouse in vehicle turrets, the mouse and keyboard seem slower. Going to ask a few friends to see if they notice anything.
Please work on the character movement in the captains/mercenaries quarters. It's like we're walking around with rigor mortis. |

Yh the gameplay needs major improvements, and the driving is not good at all, i mean why do we need to drive with the analog sticks, that makes it really hard to drive, make it the classic R2 to accelerate and L2 to brake and reverse also add drifting which could be R1 and some boost (nitro) which could be L1. |
