Thanks Debacle, you're not bad yourself. :) Quite a few members of Betamax have been in squads together for a few builds now, so we think alike and communicate well. Very talented group of individuals imo, then again I'm biased.

why thank you Debacle.. We try and keep teamwork around, but having fun is always a top priority. We don't always win, but losing is fun sometimes as well... esp when you know you are just plain playing horribly. Playing the game shouldn't have to be a second job. Yes within the corp there will be specialized groups, but no one is required to join them.
There are a variety of people in the corp, so feel free to join us. We'd love to have you  |

No problem and if I wasn't already in a corp, I'd join. While I'm here, what is Betamax doing for corp v corp battles next build? Depending on how the CvC battles take form, is Betamax interested in a "sparring" corp? |

obviously for operational security i cant go into details about our plans for corp v corp but we do have plans, and it depends on what you mean by sparring corp because sometimes these things can escalate :P |

By "sparring" I mean a friendly foe or a corp to acquaint ourselves with the new battle system, since we aren't able to field a full team at the moment, due to the four person squad restriction.
We know that these sometimes escalate, but for our corp it is purely to further our knowledge in tactics and to have organized matches. This is based off that we can choose which corps to engage and not be randomly put up against one another like in Instant Battle. We are just keeping our options open for what the new build might bring for CvC battles.

I was going to give a long winded post about how the current corps are going to see a shift as they succeed/fail in corp battles and why I think betamax will do well....
But I'm not going to blabber a load of crap nobody cares for.
If I were you, sign up to all the corps, talk to all of them, play with all of them and when you are done, make your choice.

Great piece of advice here. Don't join a corp just for the sake of it, make sure it's the right one for you. |

haha, . I didn't even clock that, talk about my subconscious seeping through into my new username... The purehealthy name was a play on the Scottish phrase and my name on here is an anagram of my real name.

The fact that 2 of your squad members were missing was suspicious, and the fact that I popped you in the face four times with a scrambler pistol while you had your GEK or whatever was pretty sad.
I just don't want to play with trash players. Sue me.
Like I said OBs are broken, you weren't getting enough kills to be getting an OB every 12 seconds, nor were you pushing any objectives to get any WP.
Sorry bud, it's pretty obvious.
Deny it all you want, but you still suck. Every match I have ever played with you in a squad we have lost. Due to camping in one area, not pushing hard enough, etc. Sorry if you're afraid to die but I'm not.
Ted is a good player, you aren't.
That offer to go to the gay club still stands. |
