Nexus Dragoon along with myself have tried trouble shooting every possible solution we could think of on our end. Nothing has worked thus far. I've contacted Sony believing it to be on their end with the Dust update. I don't have a problem downloading anything else off of PSN. Will post the results back here so stay tuned if your having the same issues. |

easiest way is for the old build to be removed and the new one put up as download the old dust bulid downloads fine its only the update.
at the moment you need to download the old dust then update it if you wipe it.
we just need to be able to download the new build from psn store.
the new playstation plus member are not going to want to download twice. |

I'm confused. You guys still had to wipe your previous build? When I fired my PS3 up on the 15th the notification said it had patched DUST, and I only needed a few minor file updates. Took me like 5 minutes to get Precursor... |

Ive tried whiping dust from the ps3 and re-dl'ing it from the psn store w/ the previous build. At this point everything is going good only takes me 30 min to DL the entire 1.9k mb file or so. Once its finished dl'ing I start dust and the notification pops up it needs to update to 2.01 the Precursor update. This is where the problem happens the dl bar sticks at 0% and the minutes to dl the file bounces anywhere from 50k-100k minutes left on the dl. |

said 73 minutes for download, but took more than 90 minutes. Install complete now, but saying the server is not online (only Friday to Monday) :-)
..... wait, seems after the 10th retry I can connect to the server. Let's see if I can play and if there will be any lags if server is so busy |

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the base game installer hosted by the Playstation network? If so it could only be your connection or something PSN's side which the DUST team probably can't do anything about. |

Dust is a product of CCP not Sony so if it is a PSN problem then CCP should be able to do somthing about it. Im a consumer who payed for a product that isent working the way it should be. I would like to get a dev post in here, this thread has been going 3 days now with no response. |

This is not the completed product, it is a beta. At the moment you are entitled to nothing. |

Just got off the phone with Sony, its nothing on their side. Problem is my PS3 having trouble connecting to the Dust update server. Download has been going 24hrs now an I've managed to get 22mb's dled  |

I'm having this issue too. The first time it took about five hours to get over half way done, and I figured I'd go to bed and let it finish over night. I woke up to an error. The next day I tried three or four times, but got errors around the 10-20% mark. Then the next day I got lucky, and it downloaded rather fast, though the time remaining kept going up, but I got to 62% within an hour or two. Then I figured I'd turn my laptop off and take a nap while my PS3 downloaded the rest of the update.
Apparently my PS3 didn't like that, as turning off my laptop immediately made my PS3 tell me it had been disconnected from the media server... what? The update failed AGAIN. That was the only time I'd ever gotten it to say it would take less than 300 minutes to download, and the only time it got that far.
Right now I'm trying AGAIN and I'm at 1% with 900+ minutes to go... |
