135*1.5*1.5*(1+.5*.87)*(1+.5*.57)=560 damage per knife swipe. I don't believe weaponry improves this, but if it does that brings it up to a whooping 644.
It is the ultimate glass cannon fit. And good players do have a hard time dealing with it, although I hope you continue to underestimate it so I can continue my fun. Best counter is packs of heavies, but those have their own issues vs assaults. |

You get less than 4 seconds from optimal range to knife in your back. You need to hit the scout for 1 consistent second without a break during that time. If the scout is good, you won't even get that amount of time because he is approaching your flank. But as I said, continue to underestimate to your own detriment. |

I never underestimate knifes, it's just you have your whole class centered on it so that means less shield/armour to rip through with the hmg and i currently have all 3 sharpshooters maxed so i get a bit longer range
HMGs are definitely the weapon of choice to counter, but still being in a heavy is a vulnerable state in of itself. 2 HMGs covering each other well are untouchable for a knifer, everything else is open season. You can drop a protoheavy in under a second if you burn all your stamina. |

Oh I agree it is going to get more dangerous, but more stealthy measures and much bigger maps will make it easier to force CQC. Plus the same fit could always carry an SMG too. It would be way easier to get knife kills on craterlake than any of our current maps for example. |
