LoL, they won't share their fits. How would they up their KDR when everyone uses a good tank fitting. That'd be too much like actual testing for tankers ;)

1x Large Chuck Norris Beard trimmer (for repairing any unlikely damage)
1x Large Chuck Norris Power stare
Shield slots

Only one main turret I'm afraid. I had to choose between a rapid fire right fist, or the slower, yet more devastating roundhouse kick. |

a good stag fit is easy a crisis damage control unit 2 proto dam resists a heavy sheild boost(+1700 one) a heavy shield extender(+300p/s) some PG and CPU extenders Railgun L and proto small missile turrets tears things up.....and unless someone with a better tank build then me (come on noc we all been wanting to know whats under that hood) this'll let you kill most tanks that spawn down. |

no prob proto should prob hit up Noc Temper if you want to know more about tank builds though. just in case you didn't know holding the fire on a railgun saves the charge to shoot faster took me about a month to learn why I was always getting blown up. now go tear em up
edit: not sure if I should really be giving you tips...... you seem to do well enough for yourself....... but oh well.... |

Protoman is actually experimenting with new things? crazy, maybe i can unhide his posts now. I don't know about "OP" but my usual Surya fit is something along the lines of a 60mm plate and a heavy rep, 3 voltaic resists, a CRU, and a damage control. if i were to upgrade some of these mods i'd just drop the CRU.
other fits of interest include the tri-rep where you have 1 heavy rep and 2 small reps, no plate, 2 resists and a damage control. This allows you to rep continuously, but makes you more vulnerable to being blown up quickly
another option is 3 resists, a 180mm plate and a 120mm plate with no reps, this setup can take a lot of damage but requires outside support to repair |

Sitting in a tank all game makes me realize how incompetent the majority of the players that play this game really are. If people aren't competent on the ground it's a certain lost. |
