That example is made null by the fact that no skill is required for militia vehicles. So it would be more like a pilot going from one high capacity plane to another one with a lower crash rate. Ps you can't tell me no if the game already allows it

Sure, you can hack my LLV, but next build, you better have someone who invested the 2 million sp + sp for the mods to drive it. :) |

To fly any ship in eve you must have the skills to fly it. If you come across an abandoned ship, and you don't have the skills to fly it, you cannot take it.
