D3LTA FORC3 is recruiting mercenaries of all skills and abilities. With one of the largest player bases in New Eden, and some of the top training, we have a place for everyone.

New Players:
We have set up a training corp called "D3LTA ACADEMY" where all new players can squad up, learn the game, and receive daily tips and advice from veteran players. We have an extensive training manual to teach you not only how to play the game, but what skills to invest in first, what equipment to use, how to make the most profit, and 30+ pages of more information to get you on your feet quickly. We track the progress of each recruit until the have the skills and knowledge necessary to move from D3LTA ACADEMY to D3LTA FORC3. We're one of the few corporations who have actively recruited throughout the new build, and now bolster more than 1200 players in the ACADEMY. Each of these players is also tracked and monitored, and the best are given opportunities to join the ranks of D3LTA FORC3.

Veteran Players:
D3LTA FORC3 has a very organized leadership structure. Through ups and downs our leadership team has remained strong, and we've been able to train the next wave of elite mercenaries now that many of the top players in the game have left because of horrible game mechanics. Because of our extensive recruiting and training efforts, we have a healthy amount of new members who are highly trained and focus on the highest level of teamwork.

Each and every member who is accepted into D3LTA FORC3 must prove their skill in a tryout room. No Exceptions. This allows only those who can follow orders, work in a team, and have high skill level to enter D3LTA FORC3. When other large or "powerful" corporations are crumbling due to lack of leadership and player burnout, D3LTA FORC3 has grown consistently in strength, size, and skill because of our values and leadership team.

D3LTA FORC3 did not put all resources into the epic failure of PC version 1, and has more than enough resources, manpower, and ISK to accomplish our goals and propel us into the future of DUST 514.
