WHAT IS D3LTA FORC3? We've been together since 2003 and have a very proud history. We are a very tactical gaming community that focuses heavily on 5 values: Leadership, Communication, Organization, Recruiting, and Results. D3LTA FORC3 has been on all the different SOCOM titles and participated in BDSL, urgent fury, and other tournaments on SOCOM. We have been in the COD series on MW2, Black Ops, MW3, and currently have some of the top ranked Game Battles teams on BO2. With the release of DUST, D3LTA FORC3 plans to utilize the same style of tactics and communication that have made us successful on each of the titles we have competed in over the last decade. Currently, we are the largest DUST 514 corporation in the world with well over 650 members, and founding corporation of one of the first DUST/EVE Alliances as well. We're also currently in the top 10 on both the total kill and the war points leaderboards.
WHERE CAN YOU FIND D3LTA FORC3? Several of [D F] officers are on DUST right now. We have players on 24 hours a day because we have players from around the world, and there is someone represented on our website @ www.d3ltaforc3.com almost 24 hours a day. We're also on facebook, youtube, top 100 sites... we're not hard to find. In DUST, the "D3LTA" first name gives them away, or just search for the corporation "D3LTA FORC3."
WHY JOIN D3LTA FORC3? If you like playing games in a team atmosphere, where communication is priority, then you would fit in with D3LTA FORC3. If you like to be well informed and well organized, you would love the tactics and organization of our forums. If you have what it takes to lead others in battle, but don't want the responsibility of leading an entire organization, you have the opportunity to become a D3LTA FORC3 officer, and lead some of the most well organized and well prepared Mercenaries on the battlefield. If you are a pilot looking for good gunner, and gunner looking for good pilots, or just a run and gunner looking for a good team to be a part of to bring your game to the next level, then apply for D3LTA FORC3 today.
We have very high standards for each and every member, much of which is found in our CODE OF CONDUCT. We maintain these standards, because D3LTA FORC3 is for serious gamers who want to win every single match, and completely embarrass the enemy while doing it. We have a very specific VISION for what [D F] is, and what we will continue to stand for, regardless of the game we are active on. We have YEARS worth of posts on our [D F] forums to prove that we reward hard work and loyalty. D3LTA FORC3 has a vision statement, code of conduct, weekly officer meetings, google docs for everything, tactics for each map/type, lots of EVE connections for those all important contracts, as well as equipment replacement insurance. If you're looking for a solid corporation to join or hire, just get in a squad and let our results on the battlefield do the rest. |

Thats what we have clan applications for. Good pilots arent going to have high k/d's, but they are just as valuable. You must be a COD player if you think k/d is the almighty indicator of how good or successful you will be in dust. And you clearly have no concept of how this game works. |

Jonquill Caronite wrote:To clarify I don't think of joining any organization as a one way investment, I have a bunch of friends who used to compete with some pro-gamers and kick some serious ass, but it really does depend on the team your working with... As such I'd love to play with you guys when the group systems get settled, or throw together a team of my own and play against and mix it up a little.
Depending how it pans out, maybe I'll be interested and bring a couple of my friends along with me and give you another solid squad or two. However, unlike most I'm not looking for a random group to jump into, and I'm not looking for a quick corp fix and forget style gameplay... Basically, if I don't 'enjoy' playing and bullshitting with you guys enough, that playing frequently comes second nature and doesn't feel like its forced or obligated, then I'm not interested...
None the less, feel free to hit me up, I'm a dedicated vehicle specialist who's almost maxed out all of his vehicles in the BETA, I've got solid Super-Surya, Sagaris, Prometheus, and Eryx, and a pretty good logistics suit build if your a heavy looking to become an indestructible turret in and of yourself. Other then that, just tell me what you need and I'll see what I can do for you.
All I ask of anyone is to come play a few games with us and see if you fit. Contrary to what some people on here believe, not just anyone can join. We are not starting a "new" anything. I've got current members who have been in my group for 8 years, so this isn't my first rodeo. When I get back in town I'll shoot you a pan invite and maybe we can try to q-sync a few games together. |

Yeah. There are plenty of corporations up and running within our alliance. We form parties, we have officers, and have hundreds of members between us. We're up and rolling, regardless of party support or corporation features. We have our own way of syncing parties. |

Oh yeah, and i had a beta code in april, so i'm also a complete newb at it. Lol. Come on guys. Read before making a post.
We maintain very high standards and expect our clan members to be active on our clan forums daily, play 3-4 days per week, and participate in scheduled =lan activities such as clan wars and clan practices. Anyone who doesnt maintain a high level of participation gets cut. We drop 10-20 players weekly from our mw3 roster, and get more than 100 apps per week. If you dont believe it, check our website applicants alone, and thats not even half of the people who ask to join the clan, thats just the ones who take time to apply. |

Kev Crow wrote:@SUP3RMAN Thank you for this post, you guys seem like a well organized and a positively charged bunch. Do you have any plans for training up noobs, kind of like some corps do in EVE ? The reason I asked because just like Grimm I have purchased my PS3 with an intention of playing DUST. Before that I played FPS only on a PC, but I wouldn't call myself a dedicated FPS player. The only game I still play now and then is AA. As soon as I tried DUST beta I regretted not trying any FPS on a console before, up till now only my kids used the PS3 Basically, not being used to DS3 my aiming sucks at the moment. For now, while trying to polish my gun play I am using my EVE experience to build up a good dropship tank and practice some flying. Obviously training pilots in EVE makes more sense in terms of acquiring the necessary skills for basic PVP, in an FPS no one can really teach you how twitch shot accurately. I am asking more in terms of your attitudes towards players that are relatively new to the console FPS experience.
We are absolutely willing to work with you and train you. I find it easier to train someone new to do things our way, then to take take someone who thinks they know everything and get them to follow our tactics. Also, i have lots of gunners, but only a few solid pilots, so increasing your skills in that area will make you an asset to the clan regardless of your k/d ratio. Come sign up and we'll meet up tomorrow in a party. |

Just take a closer look at our corporation and our alliances and it will sell itself. www.d3ltaforc3.shivtr.com Are their positions available in your marketing department? I'm interested in working with your bonds manager and assets logistics chiefs. Being advanced and complex, you have all of that right? I mean, you guys know war is a business. If not, I'm open to taking a consultation position.
We have descriptions of similar officer positions, but obviously no one knows how that is going to work on DUST yet. This isn't EVE. It's not going to be the same, look the same, or work the same. We have 4 different types of officer positions now (yeah, for MW3 we have that many types of officers) and I have several more officer positions than that posted for our DUST corp. None are set in stone yet. We've done our homework. We've got EVE players in our corp already, and are fully prepared to handle everything once we know exactly how it is all going to work. We dont have everything figured out, and you're lying to yourself and everyone else if you think you've got it figured out. Too much is still unknown.
Any more sarcastic questions Crieton? I can do this all week long if you want. I deal with smart @**'s all day in the real world, so I'm well rehearsed. |

Septem Mortuus wrote:Hey guys,
Good thread. You seem pretty mature about it which is enticing.
A few questions:
A) One of our questions on our clan application is AGE. We generally do not let in anyone under 16, unless they are a family member of a current member or some other special circumstance. Even then, if they take up the mic with crying or garbage they are kicked. We kick out a LOT of people.
B) We do not have an EVE corp, though several of our members currently have EVE accounts. Since we're not sure how things are going to mesh with EVE yet, I can't promise anything, but as long as there is no conflict I don't have a problem with it as of now.
C) Yes. I'm not checking your hours played every single day, but we have officers who's job it is to identify players who are not active and who are not helping the clan. I have a family and job too, so I completely understand that things come up, but if you're AWOL for weeks at a time, or don't help us when you are online, you will be kicked out.
D) Not right now because it's beta. I don't play the beta that much because it's still so horrible. As the game progresses (when it is released) we will definitely have SP minimums to join.
E) I am East Coast time zone in america. I have 2 australian players, 1 from new zeland, 1 from the netherlands, 1 from suadi arabia, 1 from south korea, 2 from france, 2 from germany, and a handful from england and canada (not 100% which ones are coming over to dust). We have players on from around the world, and almost always have someone online. Many clan members here in america work 'off-shift' jobs where they play at crazy times too, so there's always someone online. We are also part a HUGE alliance, and you will have access to be able to play with anyone in the alliance in the rare case that there are only a few D3LTA FORC3 members online.
I hope that answers your questions, or the questions of anyone else. If you have any more, please feel free to ask. Hope to see you in game and good luck in DUST!

Yeah man we've been doing it since socom 2. We did a lot of urgent fury and best damn socom league tournaments back in the day. We had really specific tactics: exactly who was going to go where, how many seconds before throwing a nade, snipers covering alleys. We were tough to handle on socom. We've tried to keep that tradition alive, buts harder to do in cod and other respawn based games. Hopefully DUST will allow us to use more tactics like we used to.

In 1 weekend, D3LTA FORC3 had well over 100 website applications, more than 150 mw3 applications (most were different players than the website apps), and an insane amount of psn requests to join. The point in posting this on the dust forums? Not many clans/corps can reach out and draw in that many potential members in 3 days. We've been doing this for years and have a proven system for drawing people in, training them, and dominating on the battlefield. Its just a matter of time before we do the same on the battlefields of New Eden. See you soon. |

Sure! If you can join a game lobby without having to reset, but even then half the time the mics will be locked so you cant communicate. Then there's a 50/50 chance IF you make it to the actual game, you wont be able to spawn because all your fits will be invalid. But, if the stars in New Eden align, about once every 5 or 6 tries you can actually play a single game without resetting. Oh what fun it is. Then you go back to your merc quarters with the "team" comms channel still visible, and you might as well just reset. Lol

Search for D3LTA FORC3 in the corporation search. We've been on eve for a little while now, but we can finally get in on DUST too. Also apply on www.d3ltaforc3.shivtr.com |

Corporation search for beta: D3LTAFORC3 (no space between words) The D3LTA FORC3 corporation exists only on the eve servers. You can still apply to it, but you wont be accepted for the beta, because the rosters are separate. |

wow. I actually had some respect for ZION TCD until that comment. Bringing up a quote from like 10 pages back, and pissing off a CEO in the process. Nice job.
Again, I love bumping my thread to the top of the main forums, but could a DEV or MOD move our recruiting thread to the proper forum please. |

RayRay James wrote:Bumpity Bump Bump for a great group of guys who convinced me to join a corp when I was planning on waiting until after Release.
Oh yeah. Getting the top spots on both sides of the leaderboard in almost every game we join will do that huh? Good pre-match communication so everyone knows what their responsibility during the match is, and then once we get in the match we continue to communicate and work together. No reason to wait. All I ask if for anyone interested to get a few games with us. If you don't like our style, please don't join. But chances are, you'll like what you see and you'll like the results.
By the way, for about the 5th time, can we get this moved so our thread doesn't get deleted. PLEASE, CCP moderators move this to the corporation recruitment forum. |

No, it's about half and half. Generally once people join the corp and a new build come out with a character wipe, they create one. It's the only way to become an officer in D3LTA FORC3 though. But you don't have to.

Thank you for moving our thread CCP.
D3LTAFORC3 has been recruiting and growing stronger every single night. With nearly 50 members already, I can't wait to see what happens when the beta opens up and we can get our actual members from other games in, and push us toward the 200 member mark. We have 3-5 squads syncing almost every night of the week, and even more on the weekends. Hit us up if you need a solid corp that doesnt mind helping you learn the game. We realize this is a beta, and a place to learn the game before it actually means anything. Www.d3ltaforc3.shivtr.com Corp search: D3LTAFORC3 |

D3LTA FORC3 is looking for mature players, who have a mic, and are willing to work in a team atmosphere. We have rigid pre-game and post-game routines that keep us running at peak performance, as well as a highly dedicated corp of officers that always needs to be expanded for those who earn it. Join the "D3LTA FORC3" comms channel and get some games in with us to see if you fit in with our style. |

Looking for capable forge gunners. We didn't get the memo that the only gun allowed in corp battles are forge guns, so we need some people who didn't invest their skill points in real weapons. |

currently 19th in the world on the corporation leaderboard in both kills and total war points. We're not playing around. We're here to stay. We're also already making ISK on EVE contracts, so we're ahead of the "meta-game" curve as well. |

D3LTA FORC3 is recruiting mercenaries of all skills and abilities. With one of the largest player bases in New Eden, and some of the top training, we have a place for everyone.
New Players: We have set up a training corp called "D3LTA ACADEMY" where all new players can squad up, learn the game, and receive daily tips and advice from veteran players. We have an extensive training manual to teach you not only how to play the game, but what skills to invest in first, what equipment to use, how to make the most profit, and 30+ pages of more information to get you on your feet quickly. We track the progress of each recruit until the have the skills and knowledge necessary to move from D3LTA ACADEMY to D3LTA FORC3. We're one of the few corporations who have actively recruited throughout the new build, and now bolster more than 1200 players in the ACADEMY. Each of these players is also tracked and monitored, and the best are given opportunities to join the ranks of D3LTA FORC3.
Veteran Players: D3LTA FORC3 has a very organized leadership structure. Through ups and downs our leadership team has remained strong, and we've been able to train the next wave of elite mercenaries now that many of the top players in the game have left because of horrible game mechanics. Because of our extensive recruiting and training efforts, we have a healthy amount of new members who are highly trained and focus on the highest level of teamwork.
Each and every member who is accepted into D3LTA FORC3 must prove their skill in a tryout room. No Exceptions. This allows only those who can follow orders, work in a team, and have high skill level to enter D3LTA FORC3. When other large or "powerful" corporations are crumbling due to lack of leadership and player burnout, D3LTA FORC3 has grown consistently in strength, size, and skill because of our values and leadership team.
D3LTA FORC3 did not put all resources into the epic failure of PC version 1, and has more than enough resources, manpower, and ISK to accomplish our goals and propel us into the future of DUST 514. So if you are sick of your current corps lack of leadership, or you are simply burnt out from playing alone because no one in your corp is ever online anymore, apply to D3LTA ACADEMY or D3LTA FORC3 today.
