theres a reason only closed beta testers can get into this forum. I alpha tested both KZ3 and R3. Both games were under strict NDA however they still allowed players to post unlisted/private videos as a means on demonstrating gameplay flaws. This isn't KZ3 or R3. They both were under NDA yet they allowed players to post gameplay marked as unlisted/private and only allowed DEVS/community members to see it.
Different companies feel differently. I feel that parking a tank on a building to spawn camp to go 53-0 when the enemy is red lined seem to be a bit... unfair, however we know others feel differently. Just because my gameplay style doesn't match others, doesn't mean my stance is any less valid than theirs, or mean that they should change their gameplay style because I am unhappy. They do things the way they want, and I do things the way I want. |

They are unlisted on your youtube channel. The only people given access to private videos are specific youtube users.
The NDA says that they can't be published on 3rd party servers, period. It does not matter if anyone can see it. If you are unhappy with the NDA, and disagree with what CCP requires you to agree to, please don't complain too loudly when you are banned if you decide to violate it. |
