Since KB/M controls are supposedly in the next build, I made a list of suggested default keymappings which have been adapted from first person shooters such as Team Fortress 2 and F.E.A.R. If you have further suggestions or comments, please list them here. (Although, constructive stuff, please.  ) It's inferred that moving the mouse is for navigation and looking around by default, so no mention of it in the post.
