Hi all,

Some of you may or may not know that the character "dusters blog" was posting links to his blog on dust related stuff, this is not a problem, the problem is that his blog is just BAD. Bad design, bad reporting and just.... bad.

Usually this wouldn't be a problem as I could just ignore it and be on my merry way, however for a reason i can not fathom CCP decided to link this blog in their latest newsletter under community spotlight.... I think i had the Jacky Chan wtf face for a good half an hour after reading the email.

This brought me to a conclusion. If the best CCP can post in the community spotlight is dustmercs, then i actually feel obligated to do something about it.

I made my own damn blog, one that doesnt make the eyes bleed.

Basically I decided to write a blog through the eyes of a very opinionated female Dust 514 player. (which is what i am before you ask) Contrabanjoe, the star of the spotlighted article in question was kind enough to agree to do an interview on the interview with contrabanjoe click to see the thrilling story.

Why couldnt you just put an opinionated DUST 514 player?

The problem is that Jenza doesn't realise who contraban actually is. Pro clan were the GOONS of MAG. Useless but rolling in numbers. Contra is more of a thinker than a doer. He is quite bitter because for all his excellent strategy and tactical acumen, Pro got smashed up 9/10. They always played ftw though. No KDR buffing. No gun game. Note how contra just talks crap (literally).

Jenza, you should interview people capable of responding to questions in a sensible way. Contra will already have scenes and plans he wont want to upset. I'd like to see your new blog be more civilised place. Dustmercs is already established with many of us though. I don't really care too much.
