I've seen it posted a few places in the forums here that the beta event time would be 3-5 PM on the US East coast (EST -5 GMT), but I'm pretty sure it would actually be 4-6 PM due to Daylights saving time (EDT -4GMT).
1 - 3PM for those of us on the West Coast (PDT).
If you're somewhere else or do not observe DST, figure it out yourself by comparing your current time to the clock here:

Don't forget to get a game in with each of your slots.

It's actually 1pm-3pm for pacific time.
It's 4:50pm right now, and the link you provided says 23:50 for GMT. |

The EST times may be off as well, not sure if they do daylight savings but I think they do, so they should be 4-6pm. |

Yeah, I fixed them too. Funny that I had the time offset right, but then shifted the hour the wrong way for DST.
