Now I'm thinking they need to tweak the kill assist system for vehicle passengers. Why should the turrets get +25 for every kill the driver makes? I think it should be +25 to the driver for everything his crew does, and +15 for the crew's "assists".
Yeah pilots who paid for the skills and are risking the vehicle should get the lion's share of the benefit, unless they're also trained pilots in a pilot suit or something.
I've had games where I've kept an Eryx alive the entire game, my gunner was #2 for kills, and I left the game with 0/0 and 60k SP (which included the booster bonus). He had probably triple that.  |

As a dropship pilot, he was being selfish and dumb. He just wanted you to gun for him so he could fly. I get his desire, but if everyone was in vehicles, nothing would get capped.
I love vehicles, and I love killing vehicles, but infantry need their role. Right now we don't have enough AV to thin out the vehicle swarms.
I'm hoping that changes coming will both reduce vehicles and help infantry take part in the AV fight with the new AV grenades.
I may pick on infantry often, but I do value and respect your role. I don't want world of tanks.
PS: I still see you guys consistently out-killing everyone. |

I however quite enjoy driving vehicles, in any game, so I will definitely concentrate my efforts on tanks and other vehicles.
