Should you skill up for AV or a tank?
Yes.
You should skill up for AV or a tank.
Oh! Sorry... You meant WHICH ONE should you skill up for? My mistake. In THAT case... With your AR guy, hop in someone else's tank, either when they abandon it, or as a gunner, and get a feel for the size, weight, firepower, etc.
Would you rather BE that, or fight against it?
I personally prefer being AV guy, but I roll as a gunner for Dropships and Tanks occasionally as well. And while I mostly run as a Scout with a Swarm Launcher, I have great respsect for good tank pilots, whether they're friendly or my enemies. |

Your such a **** If you want to be good at something you skill up for it you dont skill everything at the sametime because your much worse off Gunners are next you useless if your pilot/driver has no mic and constantly goes in the wrong direction as soon as an AR scratches his paintwork How did you take THAT from what I said?
I never said to skill into everything. I said to skill into something, and that there are advantages and disadvantages to each. You need to figure out what YOU think that YOU will be better at, or what YOU think that YOU will have more fun with, then buy into the right skills for that AND NOT THE OTHER OPTION. |

And with good positioning, you can avoid being seen until you've landed at least a couple of hits, which can be useful to your team, especially if you're supporting a friendly Saga. |
