Barnes Almighty Sanmatar Kelkoons Minmatar Republic 38	Posted - 2012.07.20 10:19:00 - [1] - Quote so i have the best part of 13million skill points & the best gear for everything in my assault class build. unfortunately now all my hard work and planning was for nothing as the money earned from every game i play does not cover the cost of my fitting of my first life. is this how ccp plan to force ps3 players to work for eve players? i dont want to work for eve players EVER! does any body know how the cash system will work on release for those of us who cant be bothered with the eve crap? surely as the isk says its contribution based at the very least you should get the value of your fitting back for each life you spend in battles. this morning i went 22-1 & hacked multiple objectives but only earned 291k isk my suit costs slightly more than that when its full of modules & equipment how is this in any way fair isk distribution? i'm having a bit of a rant here so apologies for that but i think its a fair point, will ps3 players be forced to play for eve guys in order to use the equipment unlocks that WE have earned because if thats the case i officially declare myself out right now.

Nope, in Dust you're not supposed to be running around in Proto gear only in public matches. so you are saying to use the best gear you have to do the private corp crap with eve players? if you work hard for unlocks you should be able to use those unlocks without impediment, no other ps3 game makes it so you cant use the things you unlock.

Aren't you assuming/ demanding that the game should reward you for the length of time that you have been playing? question has been answered by a dev already i wanted to make sure i would get at least the cost of my used gear back without the need for eve players money. been answered let it go..

If you need fittings that expensive, and you're still dying that much. Barnes Almighty Sanmatar Kelkoons Minmatar Republic 38	Posted - 2012.07.20 12:59:00 - [12] - Quote i got the figures here so i got the numbers slightly wrong, my bad. but the point stands my suit filly kitted out costs me 75,490 so if i die more than twice in a game i make no cash or very little as most games i see an average of 100k to 200k isk 3 lifes in the loadout will cost 226470. 2 deaths in a round of any game is a tall order i still think the cost is way too high. figures were slightly out but the point stands, will i be able to use the best gear i have whenever i want to without eve players cash & the dev answered that already.
