Forge Gun Instant Fire

Cobalt Monkey Crux Special Tasks Group Gallente Federation 140	Posted - 2012.07.15 16:07:00 - [1] - Quote I was firing my DAU Assault Forge Gun at a Sagari hanging out under the buildings at C when I get shot in the back by someone else. I thought I fired the shot, but I can't remember if I got a hitmarker or not. Anyway, the second the thing looks to me like it shot, I round the corner of the truck (I was near the spawn) and mash the R2 to switch weapons to my Boundless SMG. I take out the guy who was shooting me with that, but run out of ammo doing so. More people have just showed up at that spawn now, and one's hitting me in the side. Without much hope of success, I quick switch to my Forge Gun, and it promptly fires the second it switches in. It doesn't hit anyone, and they gun me down.

It happened to me once(exactly once :P), but I can not say whether it was just an animation - I have not seen an impact on the ground.
