The pie pack:
A back mounted, low-profile oven with thermal protective back liner that is capable of baking up to 24 miniature pies in a 6 x 4 configuration in a matter of 12 minutes. Each individual pie compartment comes complete with removable tray and electromagnetically sealed door to keep the remaining pies safe and warm from the battle environment when removing a single pie. Requires 2 PG in basic configuration. Higher tiers allow for faster cooking and an additional row of 4 pies.
The pie pack will ship with a sampling of various nanopies that are as yet under development and awaiting official names. |

That sounds like a mighty fine module for todays scout on the go.
I would propose the ***** pack / codpiece style, Pie Piece (PP) module. This rather large and impressive piece causes the Heavy who wears it to waddle a bit, but has the upside of being able to create exactly one giant pie. PP Pies are so impressively delicious (and infused with regenerative nanites) that when eaten, they imply a 100% boost to armor and shield regeneration for 3 minutes. The PP Pie can be shared with up to 2 other players, because sharing is caring. Higher tier PP modules produce ever more delicious pies with greater regeneration and duration, as well as additional effects like boosts in speed or grenade throw distance.

I can't remember how to look up my stats, but I know it doesn't show my true start date anyway - I started with the Beta that was open to EvE players only, I guess that was the Closed Beta and it was well before 2013 which is the year I believe my stats list me for. However I couldn't get into the game back then (too different from EvE or something) so I didn't really play until much later. |

I started DUST 5 days before it was moved to the Tranquility server, so a Closed Beta Vet. (January 2013)
I refuse to purchase a new PC until I can play the new New Eden FPS. My Mac is 7 years old now... I hope Nova goes to Beta before it dies.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

Anyway, I started way back when the map was multi-leveled and the MCC actually moved. Not sure the actual date. The game changed alot since then. Small turrets disappeared, large turrets got weird, and RDVs used to be a whole lot more fun.

Ugh, skirmish 1.0 began the long standing tradition of removing cool features to "fix" them when really they just got dragged into the back shed and turned into hot dogs.

Played almost every day (badly) for four years since the beta in 2012 right to the last day.
I complained a little too - everyone did some, from the heart because it was SO CLOSE to being right. It just had almost-there features, bad features, missing features, PS3 issues ... all that plus new business model, building the social network and technical infrastructure and and and ...
So hooray for Nova, but would prefer Linux/OpenGL, then Steam, then PS4 all before PC ...

I found militia gear quite good myself. While I absolutely loved the Caldari proto gear, it was far too expensive for the benefit it gave. Near the end when I'd maxed out all my relevant skills, militia gear was more than good enough, was cheap, efficient and you could get BPOs of it, so I found myself fighting with militia gear much of the time anyway. I actually had more fun with MLT because I wasn't worried about how many times I died, which meant I fought bolder and learnt through that experience that was the sort of fighting that often won a fight anyway. |

I think that date only goes as far back as the open beta release in January 2013. I checked my name there and it listed me as Jan 10, 2013. I checked a few other names that i know started months earlier during closed beta and they all came back with the same day, within a few minutes of each other.
This is all just fyi. If you joined on or after open, this is great!!

I was of the same opinion unitl I realized that farming ISK is meaningless because by the end of the day you will get more than you lose. And fun didn't come from using **** gear, but it came from fighting proper players.

My invintation came on 6.9.2012 and i probably first played the day after.
I still remeber that i picked the heavy first and i was realy confused about the swarmluncher, so that i got head on with my swarm luncher on the enemy infantary.
After that i tried to kill with the milita SMG.
Boy did i do wrong. I learned to bake armor on to my friends through Zion and stuck to it for half a year until my gun game was on point.
No don't think i was a mindless robot running after the heavys. I also used suport fire as long as my buddys had shields. It were simpler times were you saw all the info while running around. |
