This happened to me today. I was in a tank and it got killed. Rather than die, I was immediately 'respawned' at the enemy CRU. I continued to fight for the defender's side however I could hear BOTH teams talking. Only the defenders could hear me talking. |

Yesterday actually I was in a game then a friend wanted to try to queue sync so I backed out and while in my captains quarters was still listening to the chat going on in the game i was in. The once i got into the game with my buddy I was still in that chat from the other game and I was tied up to both attackers and defenders chat three chats is one heck of a mind blower |

It is likely they are just getting the system to behave correctly with the EVE Voice engine. I do not know if they are utilizing the same code, but the EVE Voice system does work rather decently for fleets under a few hundred(arbitrary number) people (dont know what actual channel limit is).
I expect once they migrate us to the EVE/Dust intercorp functionality the voice comms would be much more stable. |

Also experienced this. We didn't realize it until the match ended and everyone was talking about how we lost save for one guy who was relly confused. |

This happened to me once as well. I was driving a milita HAV that I brick tanked with heavy armor, and the other team was shitting themselves on comms whenever I drove into one of the objectives they were defending, saying they had nothing that could touch me. I only wish I had a mic so I could have laughed at them :p |

i had comms issues a number of times when id disconnect my mic to charge(take a break and go smoke or something) and come back and turn the mic on in the lobby of my next match.
favorite experience of this 'feature'
Running my high skill gank fit militia suit(2 damage mods, armor plate and assault rifle, full militia fit), got in close and took down a heavy suit with a proto rifle, while an assault suit showed up next to us and couldnt track me to save his life, all the time a drop ship raining small blaster fire in my direction, i hear 'what the f**k! can this guy just not die?' i look up and spot the dropship after the assault went down and proceed to start unloading my clip into him, reload quick and continue firing, all while dodging the terrible accuracy of small blasters, the second clip finishes off the shields and drops him to about half armor, and i hear the drop ship pilot shout 'i gotta get outta here! someones hitting me with a HMG!' and takes evasive maneuvers to run away while i was reloading... feeling rather relieved about my survival vs a proto rifle heavy, a terribad assault, and the dropship guns(IN MILITIA GEAR) i take a quick glance around and see no sign of ANY friendly indicators anywhere near my current location and realize it was my militia rifle tearing through his shields and armor lol.
have have rifle prof 4(12% damage?), gunnery 5(15% damage), ammo cap 4(20% ammo), reload prof 3(15+6%), so i can be fairly vicious even with militia gear but it made me giggle to see a zero tank militia dropship(probably default fitting no less due to those blasters) panic over just over a clip and a half. (fully resist tanked militia fits on a dropship can have approximately 2.2k ehp on a gorgon, militia rifle deals approximately 1.5k raw damage per clip iirc) |

Voice comms issues here too. At times I can hear enemies during game. One time I actually heard people talking in game when I got kicked back to the merc quarters!
I have a type 3 NAT, so I know I can't talk to EVERYONE, but this is just WEIRD.

My main gripe with the voice comms is that the game switches off my headset after each game, and forget to turn it back on at the next. I'm using the "official" PS3 headset from the Warhawk launch.
But the primary problem is that too few uses comms. |
