Doubt it but that would be the one thing I wouldn't restrict. Do you want minmatar, Caldari, and Amarr being scanned all the time? Do you want minmatar, GALLENTE, and Amarr to run out if ammo all the time? Do you want minmatar, GALLENTE, and Caldari having to spawn on mcc every time they die?
