would this be a good computer for an fps like dust on PC?

what would you recommend?
i can actually play a wide variety of games, although games like dirty bomb, its a bit laggy on the frames for some reason, but CS:GO to LOL to rocket leaugue it does fine on.

as for budget, well im still in high school and track takes up most of my days and hours of the week, but i do plan on eventually getting a job somehow now or after i graduate.
for now i want a laptop though until i move out at least. but i can always find a way to make money.
