Rattati had never let me down before. In this particular case, Rattati's been on the forums and said that 1.3, while cool in concept, did not shape up to be a worthy last send-off for this game. I'm of the opinion that had 1.3 dropped, as it was, it would have left a very sour taste in everyone's mouth. And bluntly you weren't stupid. Life just decided to kick you in the teeth. It happens. Hopefully not more frequently. Imagine a gigantic, shiny bug zapper. Embrace your destiny.
