Inmmuto from Prima Galicus , Pstrasiu KoX from S.O.G , Th1dick from DMG , Ortiga from T.H.I.R.D R.O.C.K all this guys need to be mentioned , I squad up with them , I played against them , that's the part that I didn't like , in specially Inmmuto an Pstrasiu kicked my ass , I played many games against Pstrasiu and this guy is a beast I was getting killed only by him , the kills list was sppaming only his name , and Inmmuto , in a battle against me and my squad went 76/6 , me and my squad died a lot because of him and he was playing solo

Noone wants to mention Kobrah because he used to trash talk a lot.......but Kobrah is easily in that top slayer category. I really don't like to mention assaults because there, truly, is way too many on the same level too count.

The way i categorize assaults are based off of my 1v1s. You have below avg assaults, avg skill assaults (who barely shoot me), above avg assaults (who barely get past my shields) where alot of ppl on this are. Then there are only a few assaults who are the best assaults (50/50) on our 1v1s like Heim, Eldest Dragon, Kalante, Djinn Soul the crazy thing was Soul was still really good while FCing i do terrible when i FC(i always freaked out facing Soul because i really wanted to kill him), Regnyum, Tibs, Cavanni, Noneck towards the end of his Dust career he went from above avg to one of the top assaults, and xCerebratex, i think i would be up there untill they nerfed strafe speed after that i had to shotgun.

If someone launches a grenade that depletes 60% of your health or uses some sort of explosive weapon like an MD or flaylock to get your health down, I don't consider those confrontations either.

I sort of do the same thing. I categorize assaults based on how much trouble I have during real 1v1s. But I label my 1v1s based on that we both see each other on the same grounds. Meaning we both have full health, there is no outside interference, and both are either behind cover or both are equally vulnerable with no cover. I used to try to recruit to RND based on 1v1s that I've seen in pubs. I remember facing a guy named Doug Ugly in a pub back in late Chromosome. He was in a no-name corp and I could tell that he just joined Dust but he knew how to dance. I saw potential in him so I tried to recruit him and according to his response, he went with my pitch. But I didn't follow up as aggressively as I should. Cause when they reset everything, he was the 1st on the leaderboards in scoring and the Imps picked him up.

Now, assaults that I used to have the most trouble with in a "real" 1v1 in my prime, were

Kreayshawn Corusanti (in closed beta, I was no joke but this dude was no joke +1)
Regnyum (one match he got me 3x in true 1v1 situations, so I had to give it up to him)
Noneck (although only faced him a few times in my later days..but he's a guy that would go into the objective and not camp outside or at range like a lot of so-called beasts),
arirana (post AE),
Akrem Troakat ( he was just ********)
A guy named Colombia Boss (one of the best assaults this game has seen, imo)
Solar Qoio (had good 1v1 game)


There are a lot of assaults that were great but some of them I never really ran into more than once or twice because I played skirmish exclusively. Or, some guys would always happen to shoot me in the back, or catch me after I just had a gunfight, or only come out when I was outnumbered, etc.....just not true 1v1s in my book. I have no doubt that Kalante is one of the best assaults in the game but for some reason I never really ran into him much when RND faced AE. If I did run into him he was standing in one or two triage hives. But I wouldn't take anything away from him cause there was a pub where he must have had like 50 and our team ended up getting cloned. Teammates kept running to him and we had the game locked. If there's anymore that comes to mind I'll list them but for now, those are the guys' 1v1 games I respect the most. ****, I'm rambling

I know what you mean bout them nades. I hated nade spamming so much that i didnt get core nades till i had 60 mill sp. Before that i usually didnt have a grenade and if i did it was a flux

In a community of over analytical EVE trolls with no gun game to back it up, kobrah was a breath of fresh. I don't care how good of a troll you are. If you can't back it up then you are just a non factor that just likes to run your mouth on the forums. This communities trash talk was pretty pathetic because most people in this community will admit they are bad yet they still think they deserve an opinion. In any real FPS community stats get thrown around and the non factors keep their mouths shut. This community is a$$backwards. Every general discussion scrub thinks they can actually talk trash to better players and get away with it because "reasons".


I honestly can't count how many times some random has talked trash to me on the forums. The funny part is they know who I am and I have no idea who they are. The whole time I'm thinking "I know you are just some random I have been stomping into the ground for years straight. What makes you think you even deserve to speak in my presence."

I liked kobrahs trolling. There was very little meta. Just straight FPS stats facts and trash talk.

Dude~ you could barely beat me solo when you had 3 Logis on you repping your ego. You had less then 50 armor left and you still acted tough. That was AFTER I had come out of retirement and I was never a heavy yet somehow I got known for it, because of garbage like you. You took 10 districts...? I took more then that in a night while getting a bj... if you don't believe me, ask Ydubbs how long it took for ANON to swallow.

Hands down, Preston D2 was probably the best heavy in the game.

I played the worst class in the game and I got decent at it. The only assaults I looked up to were Pono from R&D who I got to a 50/50 with in 1v1 before he disappeared (back in 1.6), Reg, and my boy Blankets. When people were running Cal LogI slayers, they stayed true to the POS that was Min Assault back then.

Heimy plays a lot like me... we think a lot alike, go to the same objectives, similar routes, but I've always been more aggressive as Dust is boring as ****.

I see Regnyum, Valdez, Espeon, etc. mentioned multiple times, but are you forgetting who else they ran with in ERA? The god-squad that held down compounds with 5 people when we had 12 people pushing in?

I doubt I'll ever get this game on PC since it's likely going to be trash since CCP can't develop for **** and has no idea how to properly balance an FPS, but let it be known, I was a top 5 player.
