Many players are experiencing deploy issues. There has also been speculation that the America server been moved offline. Apparently both of these are related. Moving my Battle Server Region from Automatic to Europe fixed the deploy issues where I can now deploy without error. The fact that the America server does appear to have been moved offline and CCP intentionally is not coding around that change does not bode well for the future of DUST.

The battle server is PSN's, it proxies into the Tranquility cluster. The client uses both. Get your network topology str8 m8. PSN's service is fragged for multiple online services in multiple games on multiple platforms right now. CCP Frame posted that Tranquility side is good but they're waiting for Sony to fix their s#@$. Use Euro for now and take deep breaths, Chicken Little. |

I play other games besides DUST online and have not experienced any online issues since PSN updates yesterday besides with DUST. I could just be getting lucky with the other games I play I guess but I doubt it.

CCP Frame wrote:Hey guys,
We have successfully resolved battleserver issues with DUST 514. However, please keep in mind that the PSN connectivity is still shaky, which is out of our reach, and will have to wait for Sony to resolve that side.
Thank you for patience and understanding.
How about you actually read the technical forums first before accusing CCP of not fixing anything?

According to members of my corp along with several forum warriors around here, Dust is NOT the only game suffering issues. In fact, the rest of the PSN community is experiencing problems in other games. This is NOT a Dust-specific problem.

Thank you for patience and understanding. How about you actually read the technical forums first before accusing CCP of not fixing anything? I did read the post above. After all, it was the first dev posts in months but yeah, CCP is on top of things. I guess I am somehow just getting lucky with my other online games.

The battle servers are CCP's, there's even a picture for you, although you might have problems as its not in crayon.

CCP may not be the cause here, but don't tell me that they don't bait and switch all the time, just like any other pos business. |

I KNOW THEY ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUES...if not just shut the thing down now....were still spending MONEY on a BROKEN PRODUCT!!!!! |
